The apartments are cleaned from Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and holidays we do not have a cleaning service. In your apartment you will find extra towels and amenities so that you can dispose of them.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Buenas estancia
Pros:

El apartamento muy grande y el personal muy agradable, en el momento que llegamos no había recepción pero no tuvimos problemas porque el personal nos lo explicó muy bien antes de la llegada.

Cons:

Nos encontramos algunos pelos en la cama y en los utensilios de cocina. Además, la máquina para generar las llaves iba muy mal.

Pros:

Está limpio, tiene un buen parking gratis, está bien conectado con Madrid por autobús con parada a 5 min. Caminando.

Cons:

Está vez estuvimos 2 días sin agua caliente, creo deberían hacer más mantenimiento preventivo para evitar estas averías.

Muy buena!
Pros:

Ubicación tranquila, apartamento amplio, personal encantador.
Nos ha cogido el temporal de nieve y hemos tenido que prolongar la estancia al no poder viajar. No hemos tenido ningún problema con el hotel. Todo facilidades.

Cons:

Nos ha coincidido una vecina bastante ruidosa.
Me imagino que a veces es inevitable!!!

Hotel de cómodo acceso en coche por su cercanía a la autovía y sin problema de aparcamiento. Está cerca de varias zonas comerciales y a pocos minutos de Madrid.
El desayuno bueno y barato.
Los apartamentos son espaciosos y cómodos.
El personal es muy amable y atento.
Buena relación calidad-precio

Cons:

El parking se queda pequeño, no tiene suficientes plazas, pero no hay problema de aparcamiento en el exterior junto al hotel

Las plazas de garaje son indebidamente usadas por clientes que llevan moto, cuando tienen aparcamiento para ellos en la puerta de entrada al hotel desde el parquing, había 6 plazas de garaje usadas por motos, teniendo que aparcar en la calle lloviendo y de noche, cuando en mi reserva entraba el aparcamiento privado, algo que me molestó bastante, había mas clientes aparcando en la calle por la misma situación, todo ello se informó en recepción con fotos incluidas
