Wunderschöne stylische Unterkunft
Pros:

Wunderschönes Zimmer (Suite Nr 4 und 5) - extrem stylish und schön eingerichtet. Eines der Zimmer hatte viel Licht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Tolle Gastgeberin, die sofort geantwortet hat.

La ubicación muy buena, el entorno y el edificio en general muy bonito. La habitación confortable y con servicios suficientes, bastante bien equipado.

Cons:

Olía un poco a cañería al entrar en la habitación, la encimera de la cocina estaba un poco deteriorada y el grifo de la bañera estaba suelto. Daba la sensación de estar un poco descuidado.

Great staff, but accommodation was below expectations
Pros:

Really lovely staff. Good location. The pool area looks like it would be nice in summer, assuming the outdoor furniture/cushions are spruced up. Might be a good option for large groups if you booked it out completely (i.e. a large family holiday or wedding accommodation) and you knew everyone in the building.

Cons:

I'm going to be honest, but hopefully in a practical way, not trying to mean ... it's one of those place that really aren't what they seem in the photos and the high review scores.

A serious thing is that there doesn't appear to be any hot water temperature regulator as the water was dangerously scalding - if I was management I'd be fixing this immediately before something bad happens to a guest/their kid.

An annoying thing in our room was the strip lighting around the edges of the room could never be completely turned off. So there was always a glow in the room at night. The only way to turn it off was at the fuse box, but that activates the emergency light. So there must be some kind of electrical fault/leak there that needs to be checked out.

And there's no door at all around the bathroom (just the toilet). So if you're travelling with someone you don't want to shower in front of, it's probably not the best choice.

It's recently renovated, but feels cheaply done. For example, everything that attaches to a wall is wobbly and feels like it's about to fall out. It feels like the kind of place designed to look good on social media, but feels low quality when you're in it. My dad is a professional builder and would have rolled his eyes at the way all the fittings seem to be just screwed into plasterboard without solid support.

And fyi, it's pretty noisy/echo-y, which I know is probably normal for places with central tiled foyers in this part of the world. We were there off-season, I can't imagine what it's like when it's full. You can hear everything in the foyer plus people talking/stomping around upstairs, flushing toilets, etc. So keep that in mind if that's important to you.

I'll stop there. There's stuff they can definitely fix/improve and I wish them well.

Pros:

La ubicación y las instalaciones. El sitio es muy bonito y agradable.

Cons:

No estaba muy limpio (el sofá con manchas bastante polvo en algunas zonas) y la relación calidad-precio. No hay una recepción o al menos no visible y en algún momento habría agradecido ayuda. Al llamarse “Hotel” esperaba eso. Mi estancia fue más de apartamento turístico que de hotel.

Für eine Durchreise sehr gut
Pros:

Lage Top - 5 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Alles sauber, mit kleinem, aber ausreichendem Pool.

Cons:

Vielleicht mehr Angebote, z.B. Bier oder Wein, zumindest im Automat.
