Pros:

Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by a number of ongoing issues.

There was a persistent sewage odour in the bathroom throughout the stay. While it varied at times, it regularly returned and was still present on our final day. This was reported, and while the host attended and acknowledged the issue, it was not resolved. The cleaner and a maintenance representative indicated they could not detect a strong smell; however, there was also a notice displayed in reception referencing sewage issues, which added to our concerns.

There were also building works within the complex, including drilling and hammering from early morning. These works appeared to have been ongoing prior to our arrival, and we were not informed in advance.

The balcony was not consistently usable, particularly in the evenings, due to smoke from neighbouring apartments.

We experienced Wi-Fi issues initially, which required intervention to resolve.

Communication at times felt difficult and not always constructive, and while an alternative property was mentioned, it was not suitable for our needs. The position regarding a refund did not change.

To note, the mattress cover issue we raised was addressed, and the Wi-Fi was eventually fixed.

Overall, these issues significantly affected the comfort and enjoyment of the stay.

We left the apartment in perfect condition.

We would suggest future guests confirm whether these issues have been fully resolved prior to booking.

There was no working lights in r bye walkways and reception most nights. I confirmed with reception these works are ongoing a month before courts and would continue for another month and we were not informed in advance.

Loved the location and balcony . easy check in and out !

Posizione comoda al centro e con un parcheggio interno gratuito (fondamentale in questa zona). Consegna delle chiavi anche tardi la sera e disponibilità del personale. Piccola cucina con tutto l'essenziale e balcone comodo con bella vista!
