It was a great location. Close to the beach and pool, also close to St. Augustine.

Villa needs updating. Pockets of dust,
furniture and beds less comfortable than expected, single ply bath tissue, no detergent for dishwasher, sleeping loft is not enclosed for privacy. Elevated unit has stairs to the front door and interior stairs to the second bed loft.
Really comfortable. Really close to restaurants and grocery. Beautiful pool,hot tub and beach access just a few steps away.

Property was peaceful and beautiful. The condo was cozy with a beautiful view. The host was amazing and stayed in communication with us. We were even able to check into the condo by 12. The amenities were great and it was a quick walk to the beach using their private access. Would love to book again in the future.

Well equipped and plenty of space.
The queen bed was a pullout couch... not very comfortable. Also, the booking app said this property was beachfront; however, we had to was several hundred feet to reach the beach.
It is a beautiful property! Several beautiful pools and a short walk to the beach! Lovely view of pool and lagoon. The owner was wonderful and it was a privilege to meet him! Would definitely return! Our two little grandsons loved it and call it our "vacation house".

amazing faculty that work there. beautiful area. nice amenities. just a stunning area all together.
as soon as we got there we had to clean the toilets. there was pee all over them. there was a curtain rod broke in bedroom, weird stuff all on carpet covered by a rug. pools close way too early for children to be at the beach. especially when no lifeguard is even present. there not paying anyone so leave it open a little later. no vacuum which I understand. the owner said people kept stealing them but we would not have and would’ve liked a vacuum for all the sand. owner was very communicative. which I appreciate.
