Atmosphere (owners), quality, style, garage, lift, temperature in rooms.
Nothing. All OK as in the description. However if there would be a sauna it would elevate the level of guests experience.

Location is good in the middle of Dolomities but a little too stuck into one valley and the place it's on the skirt of the village so you have to walk 20 minutes to get whatever

Baron is a nice apartment residence. It’s at the begining of San Vigilio Di Marebbe, and 4 min by car to the Miara ski lift. Ski bus stops 2min away and a bakery is 4 min walking distance as well. Apartments are spacious and comfortable, the garage is spacey and accepts vehicles with 2.25m in height which was essential for our suv+roof trunk. Apartments are well equipped, and very warm. The ski locker room is spacious and practical to get yourself geared up. The team is pleasant, welcoming and not intrusive. We had a splendid time, and would recommend it.
Not really a big deal, but our apartment had a smell of a smoking room when we came (majority of that smell was from the couch). The smell dissipated to an extent after a day or two, but for a non-smoker this can be unpleasant.

Excellent location for Dolomites trips
The Südtirol travel card was a great inspiration to use the public transport (La Val, Alta Badia, Bruneck, Kronplatz..etc)
Our stay was really pleasant, the apartment was very spacious, much bigger than usual 1 BR apartments, good floor heating, nicely appointed, clean and tidy. Mrs Ruth who greeted us was really friendly and helpful. Big additional plus for the spacious garage, heated ski room and general feeling of peace and quiet in the building (just to stress that there were not many other people during our stay in March). You can see the ski slopes and gondola from the living room window which is really nice!
Location is not perfect, being slightly out of town. It is walkable to town centre and ski lifts, however in the winter time and carrying the ski gear, much better solution is to use your car. Apart from really small basic bakery-convenience store, there is nothing else around, so you will need to go to town centre for everything. The good thing is that (at least in March) finding free parking spots is not an issue in this town (restaurants, shops, ski lift area) so if you come by car, no location problem at all!
