Buono, se non si hanno grandi pretese ed una buona dose di flessibilità
Pros:

La riservatezza il silenzio e l'assistenza ai problemi.

Cons:

All'arrivo era tutto un disastro poi hanno sistemato tutto in corso d'opera, era evidente che c'è stata poca cura di assistenza tra un soggiorno e l'altro.

A pleasant property in a great area, but the stay was let down by several avoidable management issue
Pros:

I really liked the overall layout of the property. The garden, veranda, and small private yard create a relaxing atmosphere, and the outdoor shower is very practical after a day at the beach. The rooms are a good size, and the shaded parking area near the beach at Torre San Giovanni makes moving around by car very easy. The location is relatively close to the coastline, and the general area is beautiful and familiar to me from past visits during the summer season.

Cons:

Unfortunately, several management-related issues significantly affected the stay. After booking a non-refundable rate, I was informed only 1–2 days before arrival that bed linen and towels were not included and had to be rented for an extra fee. Essential items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soap were also missing, and the posted house rules require guests to dispose of rubbish in specific bags that are not provided and can only be purchased 10–15 km away from the nearest supermarket. Some kitchen items were left dirty from previous guests, and there were no basic cleaning supplies. These details create unnecessary inconvenience and leave the impression of intentional cost-cutting rather than proper hospitality.

Lo staff cordialissimo, l'appartamento molto ampio la posizione ottima

Cons:

Purtroppo c'erano molte formiche però risolto dallo staff in breve tempo, la lontananza dal mare bisognava sempre prendere l auto

Pros:

Posizione comoda e spazio esterno funzionale sotto una grande tettoia.
Abbiamo fatto presente alcune cose che mancavano e l'indomani ce le hanno fornite.

Cons:

Ci aspettavamo di trovare un minimo di dotazione base come il sale da cucina, detersivo per lavare piatti e spugnette...un po' sguarnito da questo punto di vista.

Pros:

Tutto sommato non mancava nulla, molto carino il portico per mangiare fuori a cena. La lavatrice è fuori e un po' nascosta, ce ne siamo accorti a fine soggiorno. Molto apprezzato il parcheggio all'interno del cancello privato.

Cons:

La casa è un vero e proprio forno se non si accende l'aria condizionata, inoltre la finestra della camera da letto dà sul cortile dell'alloggio adiacente per cui non potevamo aprire la finestra senza essere notati dai vicini.
Con il self check-in gestori mai visti in faccia, per carità è giusto essere discreti e lasciare libertà agli ospiti, ma un saluto all'arrivo sarebbe stato gradito
