Great value and nice host
Pros:

The host was great, Carmelo is really welcoming, friendly and professional, super nice! The place is very close to the beach and shops and the quality-price ratio for the apartment is really good! It has a large terrace, pool, chill area, separate bedroom and air conditioning. It was a nice stay and we'll definitely come back here whenever we come to Puerto Rico. Thank you!

Cons:

The batroom could use an upgrade (shower drain, shower head and mirror). The bedsheets and blankets could use a thorough washing and the pillows were very hard. Also, maybe some mosquito nets at the bedroom window could be considered.
But overall is a good value.

Carmelo was very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience staying at Monte Verde.

Pros:

Just completed a 5 night stay here ,I have absolutely nothing bad to say about these apartments.Carmello was just the best host,so helpful and kind.Apartment was cleaned everyday,towels changed.Hundred percent recommend and will definitely be back

Grand for the price
Pros:

We were only there for one night but we liked all the small touches, like a bottle of water, iron, lots of towels. We felt very safe there too. Great location. And Carmello was 👏

Cons:

As the bedrooms go into the courtyard you can hear everyone talking or returning home in rhe night. Could do with 2 pillows each.
