A szállásado nagyon kedves segitőkész. Másodszor voltunk ezen a helyen. Az első tökéletes volt

Kozel a kozponthoz megis csendes helyen

Cons:

A szoba elhelyezkedése. Közel volt a bejárathoz ezért elég zajos. Az emeleten vagy egy biliardterem vagy csak hangos család de egyik éjszaka sem tudtunk elaludni 1/2 12 előtt. Majd leszakadt a plafon. A lukas lepedo kiábrandito volt.

Dokonalé útulne miestečko
Pros:

Najprv som si myslela, že to bude skôr staršie ubytovanie, no realita ma veľmi prekvapila. Všetko je nové, krásne voňavé a celé miesto pôsobí naozaj útulne. 🤩 Musím povedať, že ide o jedno z najútulnejších a najkrajších ubytovaní v Smokovci v akom som za posledné roky bola.

Personál si tiež zaslúži veľkú pochvalu jednotka s hviezdičkou. Vždy usmiati, ochotní, nápomocní a pripravení pomôcť s akýmikoľvek otázkami či požiadavkami. Určite sem prídeme ešte raz! 🏔️🫶🏻

Nagyon ajánlom családoknak.
Pros:

Nagyon tiszta, rendezett volt. Közel volt a központhoz, de mégsem volt zajos. Nagyon új épület, padlófűtés van a fürdőben.
Kiváló.

Kis odafigyeléssel jobb is lehetne ez a szállás, és így az ára is túlzó. Voltunk már ugyanebben az épületben másik apart

Jó elhelyezkedés, szép környezet, igényesen felújított épület, szép, ízléses berendezés, kényelmes ágy, tisztaság. A személyzet elérhető, kedves és segítőkész.

Cons:

Nem túl jó a falak hangszigetelése, a szomszédos apartmanokból sok zaj áthallatszott, és a felettünk lévő vendégek lépteitől nagyon döngött a födém (plafon).

A TV nem működött jól, hang volt, kép nem volt…

A parkolóhelyek kiosztása zűrös volt, először egy másik apartmanhoz tartozó helyre kellett állnunk, majd másnap érkezett oda vendég, de erről nem tájékoztattak. Némi közbenjárás után hamar kaptunk egy másik, de lényegesen rosszabb parkolóhelyet.

A fürdőszobában nem volt tusfürdő (csak kézmosó szappan), tartalék szemeteszsák sem volt. A konyhapult nagyon kicsi, ahogy az étkezőasztal is, mosogatógép nincs.

Everything was exactly as described, in fact, the accommodation was even better than we expected based on the photos. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Cons:

A few minor things, but they didn’t affect the overall experience, more like suggestions: there was a dishwasher, but no tablets provided, and it would be helpful to have a few extra trash bags available.
