Une adresse de grand charme, mais besoin d'un peu plus d'accueil
Pros:

Cette superbe maison historique est en soi une experience de charme. Son arhitecture, son parfum d'antan, la taille des chambres, le confort du lit, les fenêtres tellement artistiques, le spa, et la vue directe vers la crête des Hauts Tatras, tout cela fait de cet hébergement une adresse absolument mémorable!

Cons:

Le manque d'accueil à l'arrivée, avec le sentiment de plutôt loger dans une airbnb... vraiment dommage pour une telle adresse qui se prêterait à merveille au concept de boutique hôtel ou bien de guesthouse. D'ailleurs, les échanges en général avec la dame présente lors du petit déjeuner étaient assez impersonnelles. En même temps, le petit-déjeuner était plutôt basique, avec un choix vraiment limité et identiqur d'un jour sur l'autre.

Pros:

Comfortable, clean, well equipped accomodation in a georgeous old villa. Staff was very friendly and heplful with extending our stay in advance and arranging a cot for our baby. The suite was very spacious and family friendly with everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of quality options. Spa was easy to use, nice and clean. The villa is a bit out of the restaurant area of Stary Smokovec but still within a nice walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Úžasné miesto, splnilo očakávania
Pros:

Spokojnosť so všetkým, lokalita pre nás dôverne známa a obľúbená, zastávka električky priamo pod domom. Ubytovanie krásne zvonku aj zvnútra, izba v podkroví obrovská, nádherný výhľad. Na raňajky nám nič nechýbalo, priestor zimnej záhrady bol nádherný, personál maximálne ochotný. Radi prídeme zas.

Cons:

Detaily - WC v spoločnom priestore so spálňou. Dvere na wc sa nedali celkom zatvoriť, zamknúť sa nám podarilo len raz a takmer sme už neodomkli :-)

Villa Lavina = top pobyt. Čisto, krásne✨ Majiteľka mega milá, cítili sme sa fakt vítaní. Wellness super, perfektne sme si oddýchli 🧖‍♀️💆‍♀️ Raňajky brutálne dobré 🤍 Určite odporúčam a kľudne prídeme zas.

Maximálna spokojnosť.
Pros:

Výborná lokalita, krásne , čisté a štylové ubytovanie, vyborné raňajky formou švedskych stolov, veľmi ochotná pani/slečna . Určite sa ešte vrátime.

Príjemný oddych
Pros:

Krásne ubytovanie,interiér do detailov vkusne zariadený, všade čisto a príjemne. Chutné raňajky s výhľadom, na skok od stanice TEŽ, milá pani domáca. Počas nášho pobytu sme boli ubytovaní úplne sami, takže vládol neskutočný pokoj. Tešíme sa nabudúce.

Cons:

V kúpeľni bolo cítiť zľahka odpad, ale nebolo to nič, čo by sa nedalo vydržať.
