Wonderful hotel with a very good location, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

This hotel is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an apartment with a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It was spacious and clean. We also had a balcony which we enjoyed at the evenings and the mornings. Breakfast was wonderful, lot of choices and nicely prepared. The location of the hotel is superb, we had a nice view to the valley from our balcony, and we started our hikes directly from the hotel, we did not need to use our car at all.

Pros:

Krásny výhľad, veľká terasa

Cons:

Veľmi mäkké matrace, vyležané. Jedna noc sa dá zvládnuť, ale viac nocí je problém. To je choroba tatranských hotelov preto si nosíme nafukovacie navrch matrace. Chcelo by to trošku zainvestovať. Inak ubytko príjemné.

Nice view!
Pros:

An iconic building! The facility is a private apartment at a hotel, which is nice as you can get all the additional services from the reception, such as e-bike rental and wellness services. E-bike rental there was cheaper than elsewhere in the town.
The view from the window & balcony was beautiful. Central location. Overall, we were happy with the facilities!

Cons:

Both elevators at the hotel seemed a bit unreliable - sometimes they did not close doors, even though we were just 2 people inside, and we had to take the other one. Sometimes the elevators just did not stop at our floor at all. As it's 8th floor, it's not really a good option to use the stairs instead. I would suggest the hotel to do some technical check.
Inside the apartment all was good, just the fridge doors kept on opening on their own all the time.
