Pros:

Krásné prostředí. Naprostá spokojenost. Vše bylo perfektní od prvního kontaktu až po odjezd. Ubytování bylo čisté, krásné a moderní. Oceňuji i skvělou komunikaci a příjemnou atmosféru. Určitě doporučuji a rád se vrátím.

Pros:

Отель очень приличный! Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Очень удобное расположение, прямо в центре Штребске плесо, рядом станция поезда. Мы были зимой в середине января и катались на лыжах, лыжные трассы очень ухоженные с великолепными пейзажами Татранских гор, больше оринтированы на семейный отдых. С отеля есть бесплатный трансфер (по расписанию) к горнолыжному курорту. В отеле есть приличный ресторан с очень вкусной кухней, у нас были завтраки по системе шведский стол, был большой выбор на любой вкус. Апартаменты очень чистые, пастель белоснежная есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Также за дополнительную плату (15 евро с человека за 2 часа) есть СПА. Рекомендую этот прекрасный отель. Нам хотелось бы вернуться туда снова. Спасибо.

Pros:

Чудові апартаметнти просторі та зручні. Все дуже сподобалось, смачна кухня в ресторані привітний персонал. Спа зона дуже сподобалась особливо дітям джакузі.

Cons:

Поставили табличку щоб прибрали кімнату, очікували що як прийдемо то буде чисто а нам змінили тільки рушники та додали каву😞
