Viem, že už tam nepôjdeme. Sklamanie z izby prevyšovalo nad ostatným.
Pros:

Páčilo sa nám, že naša pridelená izba mala krb s ktorým sme si vykurovali izbu po príchode z hôr. Výhodou hotela bolo jeho umiestnenie v blízkosti železničnej stanice Štrbské Pleso a k dispozícii garáž.

Cons:

Nepáčilo sa nám, že sme nedostali izbu, ktorú sme si podľa obrázkov na Bookingu s predstihom zaplatili. Prostrednictvom bookingu nám to bolo aj potvrdené. Dostali sme úplne inú, ktorá nebola podľa našich požiadaviek a prestáv. To bolo veľké sklamanie. Naša izba mala mať raňajkový stôl kruhový a stoličky v kuchyni. Čo pridelená izba mala iba 2 barové stoličky a barový pultík mimo kuchyne, ktorý bol uchytený o rám okna a raňajkovali ste ako vo vytríne. Mali sme mať látkovú sedačku ale mali sme koženú na ktorej sa nedalo sedieť lebo bola studená pokiaľ sa nevykúrila izba. Chýbala na nej aspoň deka a pre mňa aspoň vankuš lebo malá dlhý sed a nevedela som sa poriadne usadiť. Podľa obrázku sme mali mať balkón čo sme nemali. Musím povedať, že to bolo sklamanie, nakoľko na zaplatenú izbu sme sa tešili. V ponuke bolo viacej izieb ale my sme si vybráli práve tú čo sme aj zaplatili. Recepciu sme nato upozornili, že to nie je tá izba čo sme si zaplatili. Povedali, že inú pre nás nemajú. A že fotky sú len informatívne na bookingu. Keď nevedia poskytnúť to za čo ste si zaplatili mali by zmeniť objednávkový systém alebo poslať zakazníkovi na odsúhlasenie typ izby a nie sa z toho vykrúcať. Myslím si, že takto znevyhodnujú/klamú zákazníka. Takéto hotely nepodporujem.

Pros:

Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Studio było naprawdę przestrzenne i bardzo ładnie urządzone. Aneks kuchenny i wyposażenie pozwalało na przygotowywanie posiłków. Ogromnym plusem jest dostępne miejsce parkingowe w garażu.
Obsługa recepcji miła i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Polecam!

Cons:

Jedyne czego nam brakowało w wyposażeniu to patelnia. Poza tym, było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy.
