Takarító személyzet kidobott olyan dolgokat, amelyek nem voltak a kukában, nem volt kidobásra szánva, például még használatban lévő zacskó, visszaváltható üvegek.

Pros:

Izba krásna, vybavenie ok.
Pobyt príjemný až na lokalitu izby, ktorú sme dostali - ihneď pri výťahu.
Raňajky výborné, jedálny lístok super ( obedovali a večerali sme len na hoteli - koliba Kamzik :) )
Personál reštaurácie TOP, vždy usmiaty, maximálne ústretoví.

Cons:

Chýbalo nám v predsieni väčšie zrkadlo.
Vysávanie chodieb 6:30 a búchanie vysávačom o dvere je celkom skoré a rušivé - o budíček sme mali postarané napriek tomu, že sme si šli oddýchnuť od každodenného skorého vstávania :(
V závere pri odchode nás veľmi nemilo prekvapila neprofesionalita pani recepčnej, ktorá nám značne podráždená oznámila stratu faktúry za pobyt, ktorá sa síce v závere našla, no čakali sme aspoň “prepáčte za komplikácie”, miesto toho bez slova odišla.
