Location and people st tge reception
In the room did not work radiator. They had free rooms but they told that they can’t give us another room because we paied.
I had a good stay at the Hotel BM. My room was spacious and quiet, and I really appreciated the included breakfast as well as being able to have dinner in the hotel's attached restaurant. The location is convenient to both the airport, either a 30-minute walk or a short taxi-ride away, the Tunnel of Salvation, and Central Sarajevo via the tram stop a short walk away. Some of the reception staff were a little gruff, except for the wonderful lady from Serbia with the headscarf who was so very friendly and welcoming, and the helpful guy who worked the bar in the evening.
Perfect
I had an awful experience at this place. As soon as we lay down, we were attacked by bed bugs. They were everywhere, crawling out of the furniture and climbing onto the bed. These bugs bite and feed on your blood, and when you kill them, they leave bloodstains all over the bed. It was an absolute nightmare.
We stayed 2 days in BM hotel. Good healthy Breakfast and AC in rooms we like the most. 👌🇧🇦 location was super good. Parking is available on site. Both Receptionists were professional, helping, caring, and can speak good English. 👍 recommended 👌
Washroom needs some repairs. Insects were found inside the shower tub corners.
