die Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Bahnhof,
im Eingangsbereich ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken - Entnahme auf Vertrauensbasis

Cons:

Das Zimmer im Souterrrain, sehr klein, etwas in die Jahre gekommen,
für 1-2 Nächte ausreichend, aber mehr auch nicht, kein Gelass für Gepäck oder Bekleidung
im Verhältnis zu früher bereits gebuchten Ferienwohnungen oder Apartements zu teuer

Excellent location and very helpful staff
Pros:

I booked three rooms for a family trip. Our group had some special needs and the staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the old city as well as the train and bus stations, with a supermarket nearby. One of our rooms also had a balcony with a view of the castle. We particularly appreciated the common room, with a fridge and free coffee and tea, including a large choice of herbal tea — probably one of the few places I’ve ever stayed that offered herbal tea! Some drinks, such as soda and beer, were also available for an additional fee.

Cons:

The common room could be better equipped, for example there was no bottle opener, only a limited number of tableware (esp. spoons), and no sink or tap water (although the staff kindly provided bottles of tap water). There was also no microwave. It was possible to ask the staff to heat things up when they were in the kitchen, but this didn’t always fit our schedule, and the children couldn’t always prepare their hot chocolate. Having a kettle/boiler in the rooms, or at least one available on the first floor, would also have been convenient.

Good location and comfort room and very affortable price compare to other Old Town hotel.
Pros:

It's located in residential area but very easy to access from Old Town and Train Station. And our 4 pax room can view the mountain when sunrise and sunset, very pretty look and can't miss. Owner is good and there have bicycle to rent, but if you want to cycling to other lake around Fussen, you may need to rent a Electric Bike from other bike rental company, cos LA Hotel only normal bike.

Super Lage in Seenähe, Schnell am See und im Zentrum.
Für eine Durchreiseübernachtung okay, für mehrtägigen Urlaub zu klein.
In einem Gemeinschaftsraum Kühlschrank vorhanden, die Möglichkeit, Kaffee selbst zu machen und zu frühstücken

Cons:

Wir hatten Zimner mit Doppelbett und Etagenbett kurzfristig angemietet, da sonst nichts mehr frei war.
Wir warenbu zweit und da war es schon sehr eng.
Wenn ich mir vorstelle, wir wären mit 2 Kindern zusätzlich im Zimner gewesen - viel zu eng.

Habe sehr gut geschlafen , obwohl das Zimmer schon extrem klein ist. Das Badezimmer war gut hat alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Ich finde persönlich der Preis zu hoch, für ein so kleines Zimmerchen . Und was mich wundert bei Booking , für mich das erste mal das ich bar bezahlen musste, er hatte die Karte, die bei Booking hinterlegt ist, nicht genommen.. Nur Cash!
