Pros:

Centrally location. Right in the middle of the old town. Next to the old bridge. Rich breakfast. Very close to the funicular and restaurants, bars etc. Next to the bus stop.(Bus 35 takes you to the Heidelberg hbf)

Cons:

There is a hygiene issue. The bed sheets were not clean enough.

Die Lage ist zentral, die Altstadt quasi vor der Türe. Kurze Wege zu Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sowie Geschäften

Cons:

Das Kopfkissen hätte man besser weglassen können, viel zu klein und weich. Die Sauberkeit kann optimiert werden. Zahnpasta vom Vormieter am Wasserhahn, Flecken auf den Fliesen rund um das Waschbecken

Viešbutis senas, patogioje vietoje, paslaugus personalas, šiek tiek trūksta švaros.
Pros:

Puiki vieta centre, šalia pėsčiųjų tilto. Visus objektus galima aplankyti pėsčiomis. Kambarys neblogas, pusryčiai geri, bet pasirinkimas nedidelis. Personalas draugiškas ir paslaugus.

Cons:

Kambaryje ant sofos buvo dulkių, kitą dieną kambarį tvarkė, bet dulkių neišvalė, tik uždėjo ant jų pagalvėlę. Nebuvo geriamo vandens kambaryje.

Für eine Nacht OK
Pros:

Die Lage ist Optimal. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte sehr nah. Bis zur Burgbahn in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Nach ca 40 Metern kann man am Neckar flanieren. Bootsstege mit Ausflugsbooten vor der Tür.

Cons:

Leider hat der Herr an der Rezeption sich geweigert die Rechnung mit der richtigen Firmierung erneut zu schreiben. Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten, aber OK.

Top Lage - Hotel Verbesserungswürdig
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Die alte Brücke, sowie die Fussgängerzone in wenigen Schritten erreichbar.

Cons:

Ds Badezimmer war in einem wirklich ekelhaften Zustand. In der Dusche lagen noch Haare von den Vorgängern, was deutlich gezeigt hat, dass hier nicht richtig geputzt wurde. Allgemein machte das Bad keinen geputzten Zustand!
Auch im Zimmer selbst war die Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Auf und unter dem Sofa lagen Staubflusen.

Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Auswahl sehr gering und fast nur abgepackte Produkte.

Cons:

The smell and humidity was bad, it is in the old building in the city centre - very loud and you can hear every voice, shower was broken - possible to use but not comfortable.

Schönes altes Haus, unten Traditionsrestaurant mit Barpianist, Zimmer klein aber gemütlich.

Cons:

Es fehlt ein Garderobenkaken im Flur. Leider keine Gläser ( bekommt man aber unten im Restaurant)

Frühstück gut, alles da, es wurde freundlich serviert und schnell nachgefüllt.Kaffee war sofort nach Frage noch eine Kanne da, super. Die Lage war perfekt. Hervorzuheben die mehr, als freundliche Bedienung

Es gab zwei Minuspunkte... Das Kopfkissen.. Viel zu dick, knubbelige Füllung... Bei der Dusche hingen die Gummis runter, die Fugen hatten leichte Schimmelbeläge....das wäre ja sehr leicht zu beheben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut...
