Gerne wieder
Pros:

Schönes altes Haus, unten Traditionsrestaurant mit Barpianist, Zimmer klein aber gemütlich.

Cons:

Es fehlt ein Garderobenkaken im Flur. Leider keine Gläser ( bekommt man aber unten im Restaurant)

Top Lage Zimmer perfekt weil zentrale Lage von der größe für ein kurz Trip absolut ausreichend!!
Das Frühstück fällt eher klein aus man sollte nix großes erwarten aber es war lecker und man wird satt

Frühstück gut, alles da, es wurde freundlich serviert und schnell nachgefüllt.Kaffee war sofort nach Frage noch eine Kanne da, super. Die Lage war perfekt. Hervorzuheben die mehr, als freundliche Bedienung

Es gab zwei Minuspunkte... Das Kopfkissen.. Viel zu dick, knubbelige Füllung... Bei der Dusche hingen die Gummis runter, die Fugen hatten leichte Schimmelbeläge....das wäre ja sehr leicht zu beheben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut...

Die Unterkunft war am Rand der Altstadt und so zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Es gab weder ein Glas noch einen Flaschenöffner. Eine sehr einfaches Zimmer. Frühstück alle Tage gleich.

Zentrale Lage des Hotels in der Aktstadt ist super. Für zwei Nächte ok.
Pros:

Das Bad ist allerdings sehr schön mit einer Fussbodenebenen Dusche. Genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer im Dachgeschoss ist sehr klein. Auch das Bett nur 90 cm breit. Man erreicht es über 58 Treppen, es ist kein Aufzug vorhanden. Die Treppe ist verwinkelt und steil, ich hatte einen großen Koffer, das war ein bisschen mühselig. Der TV ist veraltet, es laufen nur vier Programme.

Das Frühstück im Nachbarhotel Vier-Jahreszeit war absolut in Ordnung. Für den Preis im Grunde prima. Das Zimmer hat absolut dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Heidelberg in der Adventszeit entsprochen. Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum, fantastisch und viele Restaurants in der Nähe, auch die beeindruckende Fußgängerzone.

Petit déjeuner correct et suffisant

Une bouilloire pour se faire un thé ou un café serait un petit plus surtout qu'il a fait très froid

Ein Hotel welches sein tolles Potenzial nicht ganz ausschöpft.
Pros:

Das Personal ist wahnsinnig nett, sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit ! Absoluter Pluspunkt !! Und auch die Lage ist fantastisch.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ausgefranster, mit Kaugummi beschmierter Teppich und vergilbte Bettwäsche. Leider nicht unbedingt das reinlichste Zimmer. Bei dieser fantastischen Lage und dem guten Personal ist es sehr schade, dass die Mühe beim Komfort in den Zimmern selbst aufhört.
