Resolver inmediatamente el percance que tuvimos. En todo momento fueron muy amables y se comunicaron con nosotros.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with clean accommodations, but we would choose a more central location on our next visit

The room was clean and comfortable. There were several good restaurants nearby, and it was easy to find taxis when needed. The staff was friendly and check-in was simple.

Cons:

The location was not ideal. It was farther from Toledo’s main attractions and city center than we expected, so getting around took more time

Muy buena ubicación, muy cómodo el apartamento, muy buen bajo, muy cómodo, tiene espacios para ubicar accesorios de aseo personal, una muy buena y cómoda regadera
La vista al parque es muy agradable y te permite tener muy buena privacidad y visuales.

Cons:

No tener ascensor para subir las maletas es un problema cuando tienes equipaje grande y debes subirlo 3 niveles, seria buenos considerar poner un ascensor en el patio que tiene la edificación, esto mejoraría enormemente la experiencia. Las camas un poco pequeñas.
