Superläge med supercharm!
Pros:

Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Bra läge! Bra rum och bra frukost! Typiskt brittiskt och härligt , allting. Väldigt bra förbindelse med buss in till city på 15 minuter.

Estremamente costoso in relazione ai servizi
Pros:

Colazione ok, posizione non centrale, ma servita, buona da e per aeroporto

Cons:

Non cambiano asciugamani, nè rifanno la camera se non si espone esplicitamente la targhetta fuori dalla camera (perlomeno avvisare che bisogna farlo). Ci hanno cambiato gli ascugamani a richiesta alla sera.
Al primo giorno non ci hanno fatto sedere a colazione perchè non c'era posto: organizzare l'orario di colazione degli ospiti potrebbe essere un'idea

Great value, friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent communication beforehand, easy self check in, and it was great to be allowed an early check in as requested. My single room was small but comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

Well served by buses in the daytime but the location was a little tricky to get back to after a night out in the city centre.

Şehir merkezinde olmamasına rağmen hemen önünde otobüs durağı vardı ve turistik bölgelere 15 dk'da ulaşabildik. Kaldığımız oda inanılmaz geniş, ferah ve temizdi. Tüm detaylar düşünülmüştü. Giriş -cikis çok kolay oldu. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydu.

Gastgeberin nicht ganz freundlich.Hatte auch nicht genug Platz im Breakfast Raum für alle Gäste.
Pros:

Lag nicht weit vom Zentrum und vom Meer.

Cons:

Zimmer viel zu klein, Badetücher mit schwarzen Flecken, Preisleistung viel zu teuer auch laut dem Frühstück.
Das ganze Haus roch nach Küche, (Bacon, Saussage, Eier, Bohnen)nicht genug gelüftet.

Очень приятная хозяйка, завтраки хорошие, прекрасный вид из окна, было очень уютно и комфортно как будто приехал к родственникам погостить 🫶

Cons:

Расположение не в центре но для нас это скорее плюс, остановки все очень близко поэтому это вообще не проблема

All in all, not one of the better places that I have stayed in over the years.
Pros:

room adequate for my stay. Ideally situated on the outskirts of the City. Fantastic bus service into City centre

Cons:

On arrival, noticed the garden hedge needed to be cut, not setting a good example to what it might be like inside. On entry pleasantly surprised. So called tea & coffee facilities in my room were available on first day, BUT not replenished thereafter, which was disappointing. Apparently owner struggling to get staff to do Breakfast, tidy rooms, ie. empty waste bins, gardener to sort front area. The guy who was on duty, Wed, Thurs, Frid mornings, is a young Doctor from India , who is studying at Edinburgh, for a Masters degree & is a friend of the owner, but not given the time to do more menial tasks.

Sufficientemente comoda per la posizione, Edimburgo è servita molto bene dai mezzi

Cons:

Non c era nessuno ad accoglierci nonostante fossimo arrivati nell’ orario del check in, la camera e il bagno molto deludenti rispetto a quanto visibile su Booking, bagno molto piccolo e difficile da utilizzare…mancanza di miscelatore nel lavandino e soprattutto “dov’è il lavandino”?…la colazione…dov è la colazione?…
