Cute place, just needs to be a little cleaner and accessible.
Pros:

The bed was super comfy and being able to open my window was nice. There were a good amount of plugs which was nice.

Cons:

The stairs were super steep and I didn’t expect them so having to lug my suitcase was pretty difficult. The place seemed musty, especially the stair case. The room was also super small and I couldn’t put my suitcase fully down and the bathroom was super small.

I asked them to fix a light that was broken when we arrived, they came to see it, but never fixed it, also I asked for cleaning and they forgot as well.

Nettes BnB mit top Busanbindung und gutem Frühstück.
Pros:

Tolle Lage unweit der Stadtmitte bzw. nach Newtown. Direkte Busanbindung vor der Tür. Schönes Frühstück (Full Scottish) und nettes Personal.
Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und kostenlos. In der Nähe ein paar einfache Pubs. Unweit des botanischen Gartens (Royal Botanic Garden).

Le personnel très sympathique , avenant et de bon conseil .
Très réactif. Notre TV était défectueuse et elle a été remplacée par une nouvelle le 2eme jour 👍

Cons:

Chambre très petite si on a de gros bagages.
Nous avions 2 grandes valises😵‍💫

Acogedor
Pros:

Habitación amplia, muy limpia, el desayuno rico preparado al momento. La ubicación muy buena, como para llegar al centro. Si vas en coche puedes aparcar en cualquier sitio y tienes varios autobuses en la misma puerta o a 5 minutos que te lleva al centro en 20 minutos.

Cons:

Todo muy bien. Respuesta rápida por parte del hostelero a todo lo que necesitamos, por poner algo, ya qué para estancias cortas es suficiente, el baño era pequeño y conserva algunas piezas más antiguas. El edificio es una casa típica de allí, sólo tiene escalera.

Notre vol était tard le soir et nous avons pu faire notre check in en toute autonomie grâce à la boîte à clé. Le personnel était très gentil et le petit déjeuner copieux.
Facilité de se déplacer vers le centre grâce aux bus accessibles devant la maison ou pas très loin.

Perfect weekend stay
Pros:

It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Although my room was facing the main road, it was very well insulated and the noise level was negligible. It is very well connected to the city centre by bus. The bus station is near the building and it only takes 20 minutes to central Edinburgh. I liked that it was located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The room was as advertised: comfortable with amenities for tea and coffee, hairdryer and a tv with local stations. The breakfast was very good and the host did their best to make sure you are well fed and ready to start the day.

Cons:

The cleaning is not done daily, but it was not an inconvenience for me, as I only stayed for the weekend. Just an observation in case you need to let the host know you need daily cleaning.

El alojamiento está muy bien. La zona es tranquila y con paradas de buses juso al lado para ir al centro. El personal super amable y serviciales. Siempre con una sonrisa y ayudando en todo lo que puden y más. El desayuno completísimo. Lo recomiendo

Cons:

Por poner una pega, el agua de la ducha tardaba un poco en calentarse y al no haber plato de ducha
