Very little. The host has misrepresented the property on the website and on the phone, when we called to clarify.

The host has misrepresented the property on the website and on the phone, when we called to clarify. There is a place to park a car, but it is a difficult parking even with an SUV and experienced driver. There is a balcony, but it is covered with pigeon waste (after we protested, the host did not charge extra for the balcony).
Worst of all, the guesthouse is very poorly managed - the staff is stoned, the manager is not on top of things, and the host was away. The bathroom was dirty, with a very smelly batch mat, the flush did not work. The bedsheets and quilt covers were dirty and needed to be changed (after much argument). The fan did not work. There was no electric kettle.
Dirty, mismanaged, and poorly located. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Leh has many wonderful places to stay; definitely not this one.

Pros:

The stay was amazing. The staff were really helpful during our mild AMS on our first day. The room was nice and clean and had a beautiful view outside. The place is about 750-800m away from Leh Market. We could walk from the property to the market easily. The owner helped us with renting a scooty, cab information etc. Recommended.
