Unresolved Missing Item and lack of Accountability
Pros:

The stay itself was okay, nothing special. If you are planning to stay for only one or two nights, it is good enough. The hotel is very close to a metro station, and within about 15 minutes you are in the touristic area of Porto, which is definitely convenient. The bed was really comfortable, and the room itself was quite pretty from a design perspective. For a short city trip, it serves its purpose.

Breakfast is included, but I would rate it 2/5. It was very basic — some bread, cheese, ham, coffee, and juice. Unfortunately, the juice tasted very artificial, like it was made from powder. Honestly, you are better off going to the nearest supermarket and getting fresh juice there. You will definitely have a better quality option outside than what is offered at the hotel.

Cons:

The room had a very strong, artificial perfume or cleaning product scent. For someone sensitive to smells, this is extremely unpleasant. The bed sheets had visible stains, including one larger stain at the bottom of the sheet, and some of the towels also had stains. Even if they were technically clean, this creates a very poor impression.

However, the biggest issue happened after check-out. After leaving, we realized that a pair of AirPods was missing. The tracking clearly showed they remained inside the hotel, specifically in our room. We did not spend time in any common areas before departure, contrary to what was assumed, so there is no realistic possibility that they were lost elsewhere.

We immediately contacted the hotel and shared the tracking proof. Instead of conducting a transparent investigation or offering a constructive solution, we received repeated references to internal reviews and terms and conditions. The hotel stated that tracking data is not definitive proof and therefore they cannot accept liability. According to them, there is no evidence that staff handled the item. If it was neither us nor the staff, then who had access to our room? Earlier check-in is officially not possible because rooms are inaccessible during cleaning between guests. So if access is restricted, how could anyone else have entered? This raises serious concerns about security and privacy and makes us feel very unsafe.

What frustrates us most is that their explanation ignores the overall facts. Only we and the hotel staff had the password. Check-in starts at 15:00h. The AirPods later appeared in a non-touristic area of Vila Nova de Gaia, were turned off two days later, and never returned to the hotel within that time. When you put these details together, the situation logically points in one direction. The refusal to acknowledge this and take responsibility, combined with how dismissively the situation was handled, leaves a very negative and disappointing impression.

Очень хорошо. Цена и качество на высоте! Многие отели с более высоким ценником предлагают намного меньше. Отличное сочетание цена и качество! Местоположение очень удобно, центр в пешей доступности, плюс прямая линия прямо в аэропорт. Дополнительный бонус - на стойке всегда есть фрукты и сладости, чай, кофе и если вы не успели что то купить или поесть всегда можно перекусить вечером в отеле. Ремонт свежий, техника новая - приятно пользоваться! Одним словом - рекомендую!

Pros:

Struttura non centralissima ma con ottimi collegamenti metro e bus (fermata a 5 minuti a piedi). Arredi nuovi, stanza non grandissima ma dotata di tutto. Ottimo come punto di appoggio per visitare Porto.

Cons:

La struttura ha stanze su 3 piani: il primo e il secondo piano sono raggiungibili con una scala un po' stretta, non facile da salire con bagagli ingombranti.
