Hôtel correct mais annonce mensongère concernant le balcon et donc surcoût payé pour rien
Pros:

- L’emplacement pas loin d’une station de métro
- La literie était confortable

Cons:

- nous avons payé un surcoût pour avoir une chambre avec balcon vue rivière, ce qui n’est pas le cas, « balcon » de la largeur d’un pied et aucunement de vue sur la rivière mais sur la rue qui est très bruyante.
- propreté de la salle de bain à revoir, beaucoup de poils et de cheveux …
- petit déjeuner très limité en choix et en qualité

Guest Ready ist KEIN HOTEL, hat KEIN Parkplatz und schlechtes Frühstück

Nichts. Die Darstellung von Guest Ready sind falsch.
Das schafft keine Grundlage.

Cons:

Ich bin enttäuscht. Ich gebe bei Booking die Kriterien "Hotel + incl. Fühstück + Parkplatz" ein.
Darunter erscheint das Guest Ready.
Es ist aber KEIN Hotel. Es ist eine SB-Schuppen in einem ganz normalen Haus ohne Parkplatz.
Es nervt, dass ich mich selber einchecken muss, Perso mailen, also Mails beachten.
Es nervt, wenn das angegebene Passwort an der Eingangstür nicht funktioniert, weil man # mit eingeben muss, obwohl es nicht in der Mail steht, sondern nur für das Zimmer.
Es nervt, weil ich spät abends ankomme und ich mich über die Parkplatzsituation selber informieren muss.
WENN man direkt am Haus einen Parkplatz bekommt dann ist er kostenlos, eine Straße weiter sind Parkgebühren fällig.
FRÜHSTÜCK. Armselig.
Ab 7.30 Uhr klappert es ordentlich weil das Geschirr zurecht gerückt wird.
Kennt jemand die Mitropa Kaffeemaschine von Harpe Kerkeling? Die findet Ihr dort wieder.
Eine Sorte Käse & Schinken, kalte Eier, gummiartige Brötchen & Croissants, eine Marmelade, Butter, Korb Äpfel & Orangen, FERTIG. KEIN Joghurt, kein Müsli, kein weiteres Obst ohne Aufschnitt, wir haben uns heiß Wasser für Tee vom Zimmer mitgebracht, da nicht erkennbar war, dass das Wasser aus dem Wasserautomaten im Flur zu entnehmen war.
Im Hintergrund nervige Klaviermusik, die in Schleife läuft.
Das sogenannte "Personal" besteht aus aus 1 Person, die kein Englisch spricht und morgens weckt, dankt rascheln mit Plastiktüten in denen die Wäsche verpackt wird.
In meinem Zimmer bietet der Kleiderschrank Platz für 1 Koffer und lediglich 4 Bügel, keinesfalls Platz für 2 Personen.

Ihr seid KEIN Hotel, ihr bietet KEINE Parkplätze, ihr bietet KEIN Personal vor Ort, dass Probleme bearbeiten könnte, und das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig.
Wenn Ihr wahreheitsgemäße Angaben machen würdet wäre es ok, aber wenn KEIN SERVICE vor Ort vorhanden ist, dann wüßte ich ganz gerne worauf ich mich einlasse.

Aconchegante e espaçoso

Cons:

A água quente acabou rápido no primeiro dia de hospedagem.
O café da manhã era gostoso apesar de simples, porém se demorasse um pouco para acordar algumas coisas já teriam acabado e não há reposição.

Pros:

Teve um problema nesta acomodação por infiltração e tiveram que me colocar em outra. Todo esse trâmite foi feito de forma bem célere. A comunicação com a empresa que gere os apartamentos é boa. São rápidos pra responder.

Cons:

Como não fiquei nesta acomodação do anúncio, não vou opinar.

Complimentary water, coffee and tea
The structure is well maintained

Cons:

Lots of noise from the corridor due to misbehaving guests. It would be good to have better signs / posters requesting etiquette.
The shower faucet didn't have enough pressure for comfortable showers.
Breakfast was not served on one occasion. While incidents can happen, no warning / apologies / explainations were sent by GuestReady, as opposed to the large amount of standard messages they send for normal operations.
