Очень хорошо. Цена и качество на высоте! Многие отели с более высоким ценником предлагают намного меньше. Отличное сочетание цена и качество! Местоположение очень удобно, центр в пешей доступности, плюс прямая линия прямо в аэропорт. Дополнительный бонус - на стойке всегда есть фрукты и сладости, чай, кофе и если вы не успели что то купить или поесть всегда можно перекусить вечером в отеле. Ремонт свежий, техника новая - приятно пользоваться! Одним словом - рекомендую!

Pros:

Struttura non centralissima ma con ottimi collegamenti metro e bus (fermata a 5 minuti a piedi). Arredi nuovi, stanza non grandissima ma dotata di tutto. Ottimo come punto di appoggio per visitare Porto.

Cons:

La struttura ha stanze su 3 piani: il primo e il secondo piano sono raggiungibili con una scala un po' stretta, non facile da salire con bagagli ingombranti.

Throw away the smelly wardrobe, repair the boiler, remove mold from the walls, and provide two blankets during the cold

The location was convenient, and there was a good grocery store nearby.

Cons:

Very disappointing stay.

There was a wall with visible mold in the apartment. We asked to be relocated, but the host refused, and Booking did not take any action. Many of our messages were simply ignored by the property.

The boiler was dripping all night, hitting a metal surface, which made sleeping impossible.

The apartment was very cold. There was only one blanket for two people. Later we were given another blanket — without a duvet cover. A duvet cover was provided only on the last night.

Breakfast was included in the price, but after long discussions and a lot of incorrect information, we were finally told that breakfast was not provided. We received a refund of 7 euros.

Additionally, the electricity would turn off if the kettle and the heater were used at the same time.

The wardrobe was impossible to use due to a very strong, unpleasant smell. The apartment itself also had a strong, old and musty odor.

All of this completely ruined my birthday and the overall experience.
Poor conditions and very bad handling of issues.

Zdecydowanie polecam jeśli ktoś chce za małe pieniądze znaleźć nocleg niedaleko centrum. Obsługa dba o czystość, a kamienica ma swój niepowtarzalny klimat.

Cons:

Komentarze typu „nie polecam dla kogoś kto ma lekki sen bo słychać kroki na korytarzu” to za mało!
Ściany są niczym z papieru i słychać sąsiadów z boku jak i góry :( niestety trafiliśmy na sąsiadów imprezowiczów, którzy mimo wiadomości od obiektu - balowali do rana - nieprzespana noc gwarantowana.

Budget luxury
Pros:

This place really wowed me. The location was much better than I expected and I was very grateful for the fan during the hottest weekend of the year (hopefully!). The decor was also beautiful as was the downstairs garden. Everything felt clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Room itself was nice and tidy. Location was good

Cons:

Check in and check out time. The issue was I’ve arrived really early in Porto and had no else to go / drop stuff off until 15:00 - the check in could be done earlier or offer flexibility. Same for check out, 11:00am is way to early, usually 12:00. They could have an option and charge if you want to stay longer.

Accès en métro facile de l'aéroport, location charmante et gros plus avec le pdj à disposition.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner à disposition, avec un personnel au top. L'emplacement de la location et la qualité de la chambre.

Cons:

La mauvaise isolation de la chambre et surtout de sa porte, nous entendions les bruits dans l'escalier et la lumière avec qui passe à travers la porte. Dommage cela nous a réveillé plusieurs fois, alors que le reste était parfait.
