Unkompliziertes Check in, großes Zimmer mitgetrenntem Wohn und Schlafraum, Küche Bad, im Wohnzimmer Sessel, Tisch, Köchenniesche
Sauber
Sehr nette Vermieterin kam sofort, als ich eine Mail geschrieben habe, hat sich entschuldigt für die viel zu dünne Bettdecke

Cons:

Extrem dünne Decke im Bett, eine einzig winzige Tasse, kein wirklicher Nachttisch

Super friendly staff, nice location
Pros:

The staff is super friendly, and she explained everything to me patiently, and even showed me to get to station for next day and introduced nice restaurant.
The location is easy to reach, close to train station by foot.
The hotel is right across REWE, and it is near restaurants on the main road.
The room is quiet with a terrace.

Cons:

It would be nice to have breakfest as an option.

Im November schon mal ein Vorweihnachtszeitgefühl
Pros:

Eine sehr gastfreundliche und fürsorglich Betreiberin der Pension. Sie hat ein offenes Ohr für Ihre Gäste und wer Weihnachten mag ist ab November schon im Winterland.
Gerne mal wieder.

Die Lage für uns praktisch, der Komfort der Unterkunft ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns sehr praktisch: In einer Seitenstraße gelegen, aber nur wenige Gehminuten zum Rhein und zur Hauptstraße mit Restaurants, Läden usw. gelegen. Sehr freundliche und engagierte Besitzer*innen.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren sehr weich, die Decken sehr leicht. Man konnte die Fenster nicht ausreichend abdunkeln. Die Möbel waren zum Teil abgenutzt, was sich nicht im Preis der Übernachtung widerspiegelt. Es kam unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Waschbecken.

Das Zimmer war mit viel Geschmack, Liebe zum Detail und individueller Kreativität eingerichtet – wirklich ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer besonders ruhigen Vorstadt von Bonn, umgeben von viel grüner Natur. Gleichzeitig ist die Verkehrsanbindung hervorragend: Der Bahnhof ist in nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der direkten Nachbarschaft befinden sich mehrere schöne Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Die Matratze war zunächst sehr weich – auf meine Bitte hin wurde mir jedoch sofort und völlig unkompliziert eine festere zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein großes Lob für diesen aufmerksamen Service!
Ich war anlässlich der ANUGA dort und habe meinen Aufenthalt rundum genossen.
Diesen Ort kann ich wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Dame hat mich empfangen und die Parkmöglichkeit am Haus ist sehr praktisch. Die individuellen Zimmer statt der üblichen Einheitsstandards waren sehr angenehm.
