Good massage spa stay but bring your own pillow
Pros:

Love the essential oil scent, the shower amenities, the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel smells so great (bergamot and lavender) very relaxing shower time. Parking is convenient as I travel with parent who are disabled. Also I love how you can book facial, massage and also enjoy Mamakim food at the same building.

Cons:

The pillow is worst. I used to stay here last year I had a great relaxing stay and it was all good. But this year they changed the pillow is very uncomfortable for my neck. Even .y husband and my sister and parents couldn't had a good night sleep on our 1st night there.

Fantastisch en relaxed!
Pros:

Het was een heerlijk en schoon hotel!

Cons:

Je moest even 5 minuten naar het centrum rijden maar ik vond dat zelf niet erg.

Wonderful short stay with family in Ipoh
Pros:

A wonderful decent size hotel designed on wellness.
Each level comes with a common cozy lounge + water dispenser where guests may relax, chat and chill.
Snack & fruit is provided free-of-charge as welcome gesture.

Cons:

Price is relatively high compared to other within the Ipoh area.
Deposit of RM100 for three rooms (cash or with pre-authorization) seems out-of-norm which many hotels nowadays no longer practice.
Location is quiet and rather isolated with no shop within walking distance.
