I had a pleasant stay at Sojourn Hotel Ipoh, and overall, I really like this hotel. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I also like the hotel's environment, which feels calm and comfortable, and smells so good.
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I especially liked the shower, and the whole room was well-maintained and smelled very nice. It is the kind of room that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable staying in.
One thing I really enjoyed was having the spa in the same building. It was very convenient, and the treatment was very relaxing. After a long day, it was nice not to have to travel elsewhere just to get a spa treatment.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The room, cleanliness, environment and especially the friendly staff made a very good impression on me. I would consider staying here again, especially once the construction nearby is completed.
However, during my stay, there was construction work going on next to the hotel. The noise during the day was so loud that sometimes I did not feel like staying in the room. Of course, this is not entirely the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the comfort of the stay during the day.
Parking is also quite limited. The hotel provides buggy service, and the staff are always ready to assist, which is very helpful. However, on rainy days, it can be quite a hassle to park farther away and rely on the buggy service.
For breakfast, the choices are quite limited as you can only select from the available menu. It was okay for me, but I think having more choices would make the stay better.

I purposely booked a room with breakfast. However the breakfast only served at 8 am. It is not according to standard time. Because I need to leave my hotel early, I missed my breakfast

Das Personal hat uns super freundlich empfangen und war während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Im gesamten Hotel duftet es sehr angenehm nach ätherischen Ölen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, auch ein Haarfön war in der Ausstattung enthalten.
Zum Hotel gehört auch ein Restaurant, wir waren dort sowohl zum Abendessen als auch zum Frühstück und waren beide Male sehr zufrieden. Die Karte ist ausschließlich asiatisch (auch beim Frühstück), uns hat das aber nicht gestört.
Zudem wird im Hotel ein sehr entspannendes 7-Schritte-Spa Programm angeboten. Preis/Leistung Verhältnis ist unschlagbar.

La chambre etait ok pour un court sejour maiq sinon pas possible d'ouvrir les rideaux tant les vitres étaient sales. Le lit était peu confortable.
