The price has gone up since I stayed there last Oct. Bathroom was not as clean. Water cloaked up when showering. Short of one strip of coconut biscuits.

Great Spa Hotel

Hotel smell very good, and relaxing. Receptionist very nice and friendly

Cons:

Upon my 9 PM arrival, I discovered the spa was already closed. I had booked a room at 6 PM on the same day after a long drive from the north. The receptionist informed me that I could claim a 5-minute welcome massage the following day. However, the PIC at the spa refused, stating that the welcome massage was only available until 6 PM. The PIC then offered a trial manicure session, accompanied by hard selling tactics. I was disappointed with this experience.

Unique boutique hotel with a spa-like feeling
Pros:

The entire hotel is filled with lemongrass aroma, feels just like a spa.

We had a 75-min body scrub +massage. It was so good! Tender service, calm environment, good massage…

Cons:

If I had to pick one, then it’s the hair dryer which was not provided in the room. It was soon delivered to my room.

I had a great 2 nights with an amazing spa experience. The staffs are all very kind and helpful

Good Value for Money but we may try another accommodation for our next visit

Rooms were big
And location is short drive to most parts of Ipoh town
The staff was always helpful and willing to accommodate

Cons:

Age is beginning to show in the various parts of the room and in the furnishings

One of the two air conditioners broke down
Fortunately the hotel wasn’t full and we were given an additional room to stay for those in our group that were affected

It was a great surprise while entering to the room. Because the big hole on the ceiling. Till today, i have not received any call / email from the hotel on the partial refund details. refer to the pic (hole on the ceiling). still waiting reply from the hotel....
