Enjoyable, will be back, though Ipoh was quite slow
Pros:

We did not eat the breakfast in the hotel, but overall the hotel was very clean, the rooftop garden was nice, and everything was safe and nice. There was no dust and the toilets were clean. The receptionists were polite, and the parking was not too packed.

Cons:

Not sure whether this is a pro or a con honestly but the smell of lemongrass was very overpowering. As well as that, on the rooms with the stairs going up there was only 1 mattress. Maybe furnish it or make it more appealing. As well as that, the bathrooms are right underneath the stairs so it is a hazard to smack your head.

Cons:

Small window, no sunlight in the room, toilet and bath no divider, rendering it not convenient as the toilet is wet and slippery after shower.

Pros:

Bella struttura con un buon livello di pulizia, personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La posizione è troppo fuori mano senza servizi vicini, disagevole anche andare a piedi. La colazione inclusa veramente deficitaria come quantità (non offrono nemmeno l’acqua) e dispone solo di offerte asiatiche. Il personale del ristorante poco gentile e disponibile.

facilities can be improved to make it a very good stay
Pros:

we could walk down to the spa. breakfast was good choice of menu. staff were friendly
staff were good to message us about a cable that we left behind.

Cons:

room safe box not working. shower cubicle didn't hv a door, so it wet the outer chamber floor.
telephone in room was not working.
no TV
no windows outlook.
no hot water the next morning, for shower

I wish I could live in this hotel, it was beyond amazing.
Pros:

If I could stay at all properties like this in the future, I would only be so happy. This is THE BEST hotel I have stayed in, in decades. The room was large, clean, well appointed. The staff was beyond helpful, kind and sweet.

The double bedroom suite was spectacular. If I could live in this hotel, I would, and I very much enjoyed all the spa facilities, the staff was wonderful. I could not give it a higher rating.

Cons:

The only extremely minor point is you do not have any way to do laundry.
