Qualche dettaglio da rivedere
Pros:

La posizione è buona, discretamente vicina alle fermate della metropolitana e dei tram. La persona che ci ha accolti è stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è bello e accogliente; abbiamo apprezzato gli asciugamani e i prodotti da toilette già disponibili, le bottigliette d'acqua lasciate in frigorifero e il fatto che la camera fosse già fresca grazie all'aria condizionata accesa prima del nostro arrivo, un'attenzione molto gradita.
L'unico aspetto da tenere presente è che l'appartamento si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore, mentre il front desk è al piano interrato. Questo significa dover fare tre piani di scale, anche se è disponibile un montacarichi per i bagagli.
Nel complesso qualche attenzione in più alla pulizia e alla manutenzione la struttura potrebbe offrire un'esperienza davvero eccellente.

Cons:

Piccole accortezze che avrebbero fatto la differenza. Lo specchio sulla porta del bagno presentava diverse impronte e il bagno, in generale, non dava una sensazione di pulizia impeccabile. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato un rotolo di carta igienica già iniziato. Il tubo della doccia perdeva acqua, riducendo la pressione del doccino, e il soffione avrebbe bisogno di una pulizia più accurata.
Infine, le tende non sono completamente oscuranti e non coprono tutte le finestre infatti al mattino siamo stati svegliati molto presto dalla luce che entrava da una delle finestre rimaste scoperte.

Nicely decorated, far walk from central milan

Appartamento accogliente e staff gentilissimo. La posizione è fantastica: ottima posizione nella vivace Sarpi.

Cons:

Nulla di realmente negativo ho riscontrato. A fronte di una ristrutturazione apparentemente recente dell'edificio, l'unica stonatura riscontrata sono gli infissi vecchi.

The location is super. The mattress was very comfy.

Cons:

The shower was dirty, the bathroom is full of bugs, walls in the room are quite dirty as well, the walls between the rooms are thin - no sound proof. Guests have to wait for the staff to come up for 15 min.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, pulizia impeccabile, struttura moderna e funzionale.

Cons:

Presenza operai al lavoro con ponteggio che dava sulla finestra quindi impossibile tenere le tende aperte, ridotta possibilità uso del giardino e rumori al mattino presto dalle 7:30 in poi. Vetro del bagno rotto.

Pros:

Very nice staff, too bad that the reception is not always open, even though the phone system works well. The room was great, super clean, in the back of the hotel so with no noise from the street. Air conditioning worked well. Location is good, not to far from metro stations. It is not the best plaxe to experience the Italian experience, being in Chinatown where you mainly find bubble tea shops, but there is a nice wine bar on the corner and good breakfast options in nearby Brera neigbourhood.

Cons:

Room walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours easily. That is the only drawback.
