Concoct Milano

Два технических момента , но думаю, что они временные:
- не было горячей воды поздним вечером и ранним утром, чуть позже она появилась.
- кондей плохо работал.

Non pulito al 100%
Tutto pulito ma poi il termosifone completamente impolverato, pulito molto alla leggera con gli asciugamani poggiati sopra.

1. The room is very poor, There is no desk or chair, and the walls have poor sound insulation—I can hear the neighbors showering.
2. The mattress is very old and has lost its shape. I wake up every day with back and neck pain.
3. The kettle and coffee maker are not in the room; I have to go to a shared area to use them.
4. There is a constant sewage smell in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable.

El colchón de la cama es muy incómodo.

When I was dry my hair, a flame came out of the dryer and burnt off a significant portion of my hair. When I pulled the woman at the front desk, she looked at me like it was my fault and told me she didn’t know anything about it. I wasn’t accusing her. I was simply telling her. It was an opportunity to do something nice for me because I was very very upset and nobody seemed to care. I left my burnt hair out on a towel in the room and when she came to replace it the hairdryer, she took my hair. That was not cool at all.

All'arrivo la persona preposta all'accoglienza ci ha accompagnato all'appartamento senza verificare le condizioni di pulizia e la funzionalità dei servizi. Abbiamo lasciato i bagagli e siamo uscite, al ritorno a sera inoltrata abbiamo avuto modo di constatare i problemi: specchio del bagno rotto, vetro doccia sporco, luce specchio precaria, vetri dell'appartamento sporchi, il giardino...inesistente! In realtà si tratta di un ballatoio in cemento, inserito in una sorta di cortile comune dove qualcuno aveva parcheggiato un'auto, con una panca in cemento con muffa e ruggine, oltre a rami secchi e foglie, un tavolino sudicio, un portacenere bucato, detriti dappertutto a causa di un lavoro edile già presente da tempo e ovviamente non comunicato. Nessuna traccia di erba o fiori o qualsiasi cosa che possa dare l'idea di un giardino. (avevamo scelto questa struttura rispetto ad altre proprio per la particolarità di avere un giardino e quindi un angolo di relax). Il mattino dopo poichè ci avevano lasciato alcune cialde per il caffè, ho provato a collegare la macchina alla presa ma mi sono accorta che il vassoio che conteneva la macchina era pieno di acqua, inoltre lo sportello interno del frigo era collassato e pendeva. Ho fatto presente quanto sopra alla reception telefonicamente perchè al check-out non era presente nessuno, non abbiamo avuto risposte soddisfacenti ma la cosa che più ci ha infastidito è stata la mancanza di comunicazione e di trasparenza in merito ai disservizi.

Nichts

Unfortunately our room (Room 2) has the main spiral staircase of the hotel cut into the room, and we could hear every step from the staircase and the hotel entrance which was right outside our door. Additionally, the bed is right by the window to the street outside, and they come to collect trash and recycling throughout the night which is incredibly loud. Even WITH our earplugs we slept horribly both nights. There is also a light that flashes in the courtyard on the building opposite that was very disturbing, shining and flashing through the curtains. Unfortunately the shutters to the street by the bed also do not close fully and my partner had a streak of light from the streetlights right across his pillow/side of the bed which would also flash orange when the lights of the garbage collection came through. These are the reasons for giving a lower rating, because unfortunately it was simply impossible to get a good nights sleep. However, we travelled with friends who stayed in room 7 and while they did notice the flashing light in the courtyard, they were not bothered at all by the noises from the street (and they didn't wear ear plugs). Perhaps it might have been worth us looking at the other reviews of the noise and trying to ensure a room away from the street in advance. It's a real shame because otherwise it would have been perfect!
