Die Lage des Hotels ist prima. Das Personal sehr nett. Es gab ausreichend Steckdosen für diverse Handys und Tablets.

Cons:

Die Lage des Zimmers an einem dunklen Treppenaufgang, an der Raucherecke war ungünstig. Das Zimmer wae dadurch sehr dunkel. Es gibt schöne Zimmer nach vorne. Das war für uns Pech.
Und die Bettwäsche hat ziemlich geraschelt.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut und einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gab es fußläufig. Das Frühstück in den Cafe's in der Nähe war sehr gut, man muss das nicht im Hotel buchen. Hinter der Markthalle ist ein Eck-Cafe mit super Preis-Leistung.

Ja, wir würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Richtig toll war der sehr freundliche Empfang bei der Ankunft, insgesamt das Personal freundlich. Ein Defekt am Waschbecken wurde umgehend behoben. Das Frühstücksangebot ist überschaubar aber grundsätzlich ist alles da. Insgesamt war alles sauber. Die Lage ist top.

Cons:

Das Doppelzimmer mit Balkon war wirklich sehr klein. Die Abstellmöglichkeiten für zwei Koffer sind nicht wirklich gegeben. Für eine Person ist es optimal. Die Glasablage über dem Waschbecken so schräg dass nichts drauf stehen bleibt, siehe oben….der Defekt war mir wichtiger. Die kostenfreien Parkplätze befinden sich nicht direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Após o horário em que deixou de haver atendimento na receção (20h), tive dificuldades em entrar no hotel e necessitava de ajuda. Tentei contactar os números disponibilizados na porta, bem como o contacto de WhatsApp do hotel, e não obtive qualquer resposta. Considero bastante preocupante que, numa situação em que um hóspede precisa de assistência, não exista ninguém disponível ou contactável.
Notei a ausência de um caixote do lixo no quarto.

Spring getaway
Pros:

Great location for walking the city and canals. Staff very nice. Free coffee available in the lobby until lobby closes.

Cons:

Didn't affect me personally, but once the lobby closes, you can only come and go by the staircase therefore not handicap accessible. Not having access to lobby elevator, coffee or tea after dinnertime is a negative. Coffemakes and minifrisges would be nice addition. But at that low price, not expected.
