Nu au fost probleme cu apa caldă/ caldura, personalul a fost în regulă

Cons:

Sunt multe lucruri de îmbunătățit, dotările camerei foarte vechi, cearceaf rupt, cabina de duș fără mânere aproape neutilizabilă, preț supraevaluat pentru ce oferă

Locație rustica, foarte aproape de orice restaurant, pârtie, supermarket. Camera clasica, foarte călduroasă, primitoarea. Ar mai fi mers să fie adăugate câteva perne 🫣
Pentru un city break a fost superb.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Everything, it's near to the Predeal slope and there's a carrefour store right in front. The room is very well heated and it's not so noisy as we've read in other reviews. The check-in and checkout instructions were very clear. It's a good place to stay, especially for people that want to practice winter sports.

Cons:

The heater in the bathroom was closed when we arrived, but the bathroom got warm enough pretty quickly.

Bring ear plugs!
Pros:

Nice cozy room during the day. The water from the shower had a decent amount of pressure and hot water. The location was good, near coffee shops and the ski resort.

Cons:

The train tracks are a few meters away from the hotel, and trains passed frequently. During the night, the large freight trains would shake the whole building and make a large noise. During the first night it was impossible to sleep. For the second night we bought ear plugs and it was ok.

The heat could be turned on, which was the most important thing for my girlfriend, since she is usually cold.
