Pros:

Ótima localização, boa recepção e bom preço benefício para a localização, mas esteja ciente que é uma estadia mais simples, embora seja confortável.

Cons:

Infelizmente o aquecimento da agua no banheiro compartilhado do nosso andar deixou de funcionar, mas esteve disponível o banheiro do outro andar que esteva bom.

Pros:

The host was warm and welcoming. We had booked a double bedroom with a shared bathroom however because it was a quiet period he gave us a free upgrade to a private bathroom which was very nice.
The place was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The wifi signal was a bit weak in room we were in and the internet speed wasn't so great.

It's worthwhile mentioning the accommodation is on floor 3 of an apartment building and the building's elevator is exclusively not for tourists to use. This was not an issue for us.

Skvělý zážitek
Pros:

Majitel byl moc milý a hodný, vše nám vysvětlil a dokonce nám dal i větší pokoj. Mluvil poměrně dobře anglicky. V ubytování se nachází zdarma automat na kávu a na filtrovanou vodu, na našem patře byl balkon s výhledem do vnitrobloku a koupelna, která byla čistá, a fén. V pokoji, který byl vybaven ve vintage stylu byla veliká postel, dvě skříně, noční stolky se zásuvkami a umyvadlo, nejvíce nás ale uchvátil výhled z okna na park a dominantní věže Florencie a město. V noci tam byl klid. Přímo naproti hotelu se nachází několik restaurací, doporučuji pizzerii, byla nejlepší za celý pobyt. Hotel je v pěší vzdálenosti od centra, za 10-15 minut jsme přišli k Duomo Firenze (Florentský dóm). V okolí se nachází i několik kaváren s výběrovou kávou a skvělé pečivo na každém rohu.
(Párkrát jsme potkali psi majitelů což nám udělalo radost)

Cons:

V koupelně po chvíli přestala téct studená voda takže tekla jenom horká/vařící ale předpokládám že už to bude opraveno.

Lovely stay, lovely host, lovely place
Pros:

The host was just lovely and sweet. The place felt very welcoming and warm. And he made us feel like at home and very comfortable. The location is amazing and the place itself is spacious, clean and huge.

Der Vermieter ist ein netter älterer Herr und die Lage ist relativ Zentral

Cons:

3 Stock ohne Lift!! bzw der Lift durfte von den Gästen nicht benutzt werden! Alt eingerichtete Zimmer. Geht vielleicht als Klasse B Pension durch, von Hotel keine Rede. Bad war relativ neu renoviert. Nur wenig Schimmel ;-). Warmwasser beim Duschen fallweise ausgefallen

Un endroit très cosy et proche du centre-ville, un propriétaire compréhensif
Pros:

Situation géographique au top, lieu très charmant et accueillant, propriétaire disponible et compréhensif malgré notre arrivée tardive à cause du trafic. Nous avons eu une chambre avec salle de bain qui était disponible, bien que nous ayons payé pour une chambre seule. Un propriétaire qui sait accueillir ses clients, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cela !

Cons:

Installations un peu vieilles qui mériteraient un bon coup de nettoyage et de rénovation (notamment la salle de bain). Clé un peu tordue, difficultés à (dé)verrouiller la porte.
