다소 급하게 잡았는데 가성비 좋은 숙소였어요. 위치가 정말 가깝고 이곳저곳 접근하기에도 좋았어요.
게스트들을 위한 많은 물품들을 준비해주셨고 덕분에 청소가 필요하다면 복도의 청소기 등을 이용할 수도 있었습니다. 오너분은 정말 친절하셨어요 부활절 기간에 방문했더니 알려주신 퍼레이드와 콜롬바를 맛 볼 수 있었습니다 정말 즐거운 여행이었습니다 감사합니다

Un refugio con alma en el corazón de Florencia

Mi semana en este hotel fue como habitar un pequeño refugio en el corazón de Florencia. Desde el primer día, la atmósfera me envolvió con una calidez difícil de describir: tranquila, íntima, casi como estar en casa, pero con el encanto de lo extraordinario a pocos minutos de las principales atracciones de la ciudad.
El edificio, que alguna vez fue un teatro, aún parece susurrar historias en cada rincón. Su decoración conserva ese espíritu y lo transforma en un espacio acogedor, donde cada detalle invita a quedarse un poco más.
Cada mañana y cada tarde traían consigo un gesto sencillo pero encantador: infusiones humeantes y algo dulce, como galletas o pastel, esperándome sin prisa, como si el tiempo allí tuviera otro ritmo.
Aunque el baño era compartido, siempre estaba impecable, cuidado con dedicación y perfumado, como si también formara parte de esa armonía cotidiana.
Quiero agradecer profundamente a Andrea, el anfitrión, y a Hansel, cuya calidez y atención hicieron que esta experiencia fuera mucho más que una estadía: fue un recuerdo hermoso.
Si alguna vez regreso a Florencia, sé que volveré a este bellísimo lugar, donde por unos días me sentí, verdaderamente, en casa.

Das Zimmer war ok. Mit Etage Bad, das jedoch immer sehr sauber war. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Auto mussten wir sehr teuer parkieren. Für 3 Nächte 165€

Im 4. Stock. Der Lift war nicht für die Gäste. Das Gepäck bis nach oben tragen….

Vicino alla stazione, host cordiale, soggiorno soddisfacente.
Pros:

Host cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. L'alloggio è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione in pochi minuti e si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Rapporto qualità-prezzo soddisfacente. Consigliato.

Attention au troisième étage pour les personnes ayant des difficultés.Un peu ancien mais très bien tenu, fenêtre non isolée,on entend les voisins mais les miens étaient calmes.Eau chaude de la douche difficile à régler mais salle de bain commune+wc propres.

Buena opción de alojamiento cerca del centro histórico de Florencia.
Pros:

El personal del hotel es de lo más amable que te puedes imaginar.

Hay un chico que habla español y si no, como el otro hombre que hay, se esfuerza para entenderte y/o hacerse entender.

Me dejé toda la documentación en el avión, con lo que tuve que "perder" toda la tarde en la comisaría de policía poniendo la respectiva denuncia. Cuando volví, a las ocho y pico de la tarde, me atendió e hizo el check in con la mejor de las actitudes, sin cobrarme ese extra que ponía a partir de las 19:30 h.

Tuvo la gentileza de prestarme un cargador para el móvil, con lo que pude tener batería y estar localizable siempre. También destacar que fue capaz de romperme el candado de la maleta, para así, poder asearme y cambiarme de ropa todos los días.

La ubicación, es excelente, a escasos cinco minutos caminando, se encuentra el inicio/final del tranvía nº 2 (San Marco Università), con lo que en 35' llegas desde/al aeropuerto

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó del hotel, fue que aunque hay ascensor en el edificio, sólo lo pueden utilizar los propios residentes, con lo que prepararte para subir el equipaje a mano cuatro pisos por escaleras.

También mencionar la habitación. Aunque la cama era amplia y el colchón cómodo para dormir, no puedo decir lo mismo del WC, ducha y lavabo. Todo extremadamente pequeño (sobre todo el WC). La persiana de la habitación, no bajaba ni subía, con lo que todo el tiempo con la cortina echada para tener un poco de intimidad.
