Friendly staff good wholesome meals, excellent breakfast. Nothing too much trouble for them.
Nothing to complain about
Great value, compact comfy room. Great breakfast excellent staff. Quite at night, bar closes at 10. Right on the border with Scotland. Great point to tour from.

Hot water in room didn’t work
The Graham Arms is perfectly sited in the small[ish] Cumberland town of Longtown. It is very convenient for the world-famous bus [1]79 to that there Caer Lliwelydd [now known as Carlisle] and theoretically it can take you to the misery that is Dun Phris - which I would not recommend. Food is good - with, not one but two sausages at breakfast - and superb yoghurt. Meanwhile in Longtown itself you will find {in no particular order] a. dreary locals in the bar b. an Indian takeaway that will only take cash [but there is a machine round the corner at the Spar c. under-stimulated youths who 'hang' around the Spar d. A promising looking bakery/sandwich shop round the corner. For fine dining I recommend taking the bus to Carlisle and finding La Mezzaluna - really fabulous Italian food.
There were no difficulties with the Graham Arms - It is ideal if you want to explore North Cumberland - or as I did Roxburghshire and Selkirkshire. I also tiptoed over to Dumfries-shire - but this proved to be a disappointment. So all-in-all a good choice all round
An old coaching inn with warm and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast good friendly staff
The staff went above and beyond for us, so friendly, made us feel so welcome & really went out their way to support us. Can’t thank you enough, will definitely be back 😀
The staff were lovely. Friendly and accommodating. We stayed here as attending a wedding close by so the location was the most important thing.
The room was very basic and desperately needed updating. The bathroom was very small and the shower so cramped it was hard to move. The hot water was sporadic and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.
Little touches, drinks in the fridge, ear plugs, fan in room etc! Super friendly and helpful staff
Nothing!
Room was spacious and clean, slippers and dressing gowns were provided as were plenty of variety of hot drink options and a bottle of water.
Smart, newly renovated, welcoming.
