The location is everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

We had a room on the first floor with a window view of the Sea. Terrific views. The room was equipped with everything necessary for comfort, queen size bed was nice and the room was spacious. The breakfast was outstanding with something for everybody who needs a good breakfast to start the day.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning but the room did have an oscillating fan. With the breeze from the sea we were comfortable. There was no TV but we did not miss it. The shower was small and shower head was not adjustable. Also lights in bathroom were based on motion movement which would not detect if in shower.

Rustikale Villa mit Charme
Pros:

Alte rustikale Villa mit Charme und wunderbarem Ausblick auf das Meer von eigener Großraumterasse - sowie Blick auf Schloss Miramare.
Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen ist angeschlossen.
Da die HP vorab infor.iert, dass es keine Klimaanlage und keinen Lift gibt, ist das total ok.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation ist schlecht, da alle, die ande Strand wollen, auf der Straße parken und das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze hat.
Das direkt angeschlossene Restaurant, sowie die Straße sind sehr laut - an diesem Tag war zusätzlich eine Hochzeit am 200 m entfernten Strandclub, die für zusätzlichen Lärm sorgte...

Pros:

Die Villa ist in einer wunderschönen Lage direkt am Meer und unweit vom Schloss Miramare. Die Terrasse zu unseren Zimmer und auch die Terrasse um zu Frühstücken schätzten wir äusserst. Auch, dass es immer Wasser zur freien Verfügung hatte, ist sehr aufmerksam von der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft fiel der Empfang etwas sehr kühl, schon fast unprofessionell aus. Auch, dass die Unordnung von einem Vorausgehenden Gewitter über längere Zeit nicht aufgeräumt wurde war etwas unangenehm. Bei Schichtwechsel und dem neuen Team wurde jedoch schnell aufgeräumt und der Check-out fiel sehr herzlich aus. Daher können wir die Unterkunft dennoch weiterempfehlen.

Kilátás nagyon szép. Személyzet nagyon kedves és jó sokan vannak, ezért mindig van aki kedvesen tud segíteni vagy csak beszélgetni. A reggeli egyszerű de nagyon finom volt.

Perfekter Ort um sich von der Stadtbesichtugung zu erholen

Tolle Lage, gute Verkehrsanbindung, stilvoll gestaltetes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, sehr gutes Restaurant, wunderschöne Terrasse, Bademöglichkeit in der Nähe

Cons:

Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und im Zimmer, laute Party bis um 2 Uhr in der Früh vor einem Feiertag

Pros:

Un bellissimo posto, idealmente situato per godersi il mare pieno di pesci, visitare Trieste o fare passeggiate. Il personale È simpatico ed estremamente disponibile. Ogni stanza e la villa stessa sono impregnate di un'atmosfera particolare. Da consigliare anche l'ottimo ristorante "La Terrazza" dove mangerete benissimo!

Cons:

Tutto si è svolto molto bene, avverto solo chi venisse in piena estate di fare attenzione a chiedere una camera con condizionatore, se lo desidera, perché non tutte le camere ne sono provviste, Come del resto ben specificato nel sito internet.

Jedinečné místo pro romantické duše a výjimečné příležitosti

Naprosto fenomenální je lokalita!!! Snídaně a večeře dostávají při romantickém pohledu na mořskou hladinu z terasy vily nadpozemský rozměr!!! Ideální místo pro romantické duše, pecka!!! Personál vily, ale i restaurace velmi vstřícný a usměvavý. Krásně vychlazená voda z automatu hotelu pro hosty v ceně mi přišla také jako velmi vstřícné gesto. Jednoznačně diporučuji návštěvu!

Cons:

Neřekl bych nelíbilo, ale rezervaci parkování pro ubytované hosty bych, já osobně, do budoucna pořešil. Byly jsme na motorce a měli štěstí a vždy před vilou zaparkovali, ale nemuselo to tak být.
