Pros:

Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer. Sehr bequemes Bett. Bad schön groß und sauber. Tolle Anlage, großer Garten, schöner großer Pool mit Liegen. Strand 5 Minuten entfernt.
Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Это самое прекрасное место проживания за нашу поездку. Красивая и чистая территория, замечательные зоны отдыха внутри виллы. Номер тоже приятный, есть все необходимое для проживания. Пляжные полотенца предоставили по запросу.
Особенно порадовали обезьянки, которых по утрам можно покормить с рук.
Также хочу отметить очень внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Нам всё очень понравилось, если посетим Хиккадуву, обязательно остановимся в этом чудесном месте!

Amazing hotel, great location, great value for money
Pros:

Location is great. Kind of central but still very quite and peaceful. The property is amazing for the price. Breakfast was the best we had among all the hotels/airbnb in sri lanka.

Pros:

What a great place! We couldn’t fault it, great location, so clean with immaculate gardens, lovely swimming pool, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

Именно благодаря этой вилле у нас остались только положительные воспоминания о Хиккадуве. Невероятное место..
Pros:

Мы просто влюбились в эту виллу! Сейчас мы живем в 4-ом месте и однозначно вилла Kaya лучшая! Сотрудники, атмосфера, сад, !обезьяны 🥰, бассейн - все просто невероятное. Особенно удивились расположению: до Turtle beach пешком минут 5-6. Номер у нас был на первом этаже, и это был идеальный вариант: справа от кровати - выход к бассейну, слева - выход в сад. Если мы когда-нибудь поедем в Хиккадуву еще раз, то обязательно вернемся только сюда. Выбирая разные виллы и читая отзывы на них, мы все смеялись что пишут «это лучшая вилла на Шри Ланке». Теперь тоже хочется так написать 😁 Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам виллы, что подарили нам чай, это было очень приятно 🙏

Cons:

Мы жили 6 ночей и за это время номер ни разу не убрали. НО! Мы уверены на 1000%, что если бы мы попросили, его бы убрали)) Это не замечание к вилле, а некое предупреждение для новых гостей, что просите сами и все будет))

ALMOST GOT SCAMMED BY THE OWNER
Cons:

If you like to get scammed it’s a great places to go. Also if you like to sleep with cockroaches and lizards it’s maybe the best place to go.

Pros:

Convenient location, good room facilities, clean pool, close to the railway, can hear the train but it doesn't disturb the rest

Cons:

Breakfast was not good value for money, 2000 rupees a person, fruit plate, juice, eggs, a few pieces of bread. Breakfast does seem a bit expensive compared to other places I've stayed at and there is very little to eat

Great homely run hotel in a brilliant location
Pros:

The room was a great size with a great view of the pool area. Staff were available to assist and help from the moment we arrived. Wild monkeys live directly behind the hotel and it was amazing as we got to feed them with the owner by hand which was absolutely incredible. Great location less than 5 minute walk to the main road and we loved seeing the trains drive each day.

Cons:

Sometimes the noise from the trains was loud but it didn't bother us that much!
