Super Personal - renovierungsbedarf
Pros:

Personal: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich gut aufgehoben gefühlt
Lage: super Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar und die Bahn nach Harleem oder Amsterdam ebenso

Cons:

Das Zimmer (4) war wirklich extrem klein. Es war kaum Platz um die Koffer aufzumachen, es war alles etwas sperrig - für eine Person oder 2 Nächte aber völlig in Ordnung. Für mehr Nächte würde ich das nächste Mal ein größeres Zimmer/Hotel buchen.
Unser Zimmer lag im Innnenhof deshalb kam es schon mal vor, dass es Abends/Nachts "laut" war, weil sich andere Gäste dort aufgehalten haben
Das Fenster in unserem Zimmer wodurch jeder reinschauen konnte, hatte kein Milchglas, sodass wir die Rolläden eigentlich immer unten haben mussten. Das Zimmer neben uns hatte allerdings welche.

Die Lage war super, das Zimmer sehr schön.

Cons:

Sehr zu bemängeln war die Reinigung unseres Zimmers! Wir waren 6 Nächte dort. In den ersten zwei Tagen haben wir das Reinigungspersonal gesehen, sie fragten gegen Nachmittag ob wir Reinigung bräuchten. Dann haben sie einmal kurz durchgesaugt und wir haben neue Handtücher bekommen. Der Boden wurde nie gewischt, genauso wenig wie das Bad, die Oberflächen im Bad, das Bett wurde nie gemacht.
Die nächsten Tage haben wir das Reinigungspersonal nicht gesehen und das Zimmer wurde gar nicht gereinigt und gemacht. Nach einem Gespräch mit der Rezeption erhielten wir dann am letzten Tag eine Reinigung.
Das ist kein Service!!!

Also das Zimmer ist nicht habe mal in Zimmer 10 gehabt das war top und dann die 11 jetzt war eine Müllhalte
Pros:

Waren sehr zentral

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dreckig das Bett war mit hundehaare
Zimmer nicht sauber übertal Staub das Badezimmer hat gestunken einfach nach kacke und das Badezimmer die Möbel waren kaputt haben schon öfters da ein Zimmer gemietet aber die Nummer 11 war eine Katastrophe leider sehr ärgerlich

Tolle ruhige Lage

Cons:

Obbwohl ich am ersten Tag schon bemängelt habe das das Licht im Bad defekte sei, hat sich dieses auch am 3 Tag nicht geändert. Bettwäsche war dreckig und wurde erst am 3 tag gewechselt.

Defekte Lüftung im Bad, da keine Abluft funktionierte hatte man den ganzen Dampf inkl. Wärme im nicht klimatisierten Schlafzimmer

Zeer matig hotel. Prijs komt niet overeen met kwaliteit.
Pros:

De omschrijving van het hotel klopt niet met de werkelijkheid. Bijvoorbeeld de kamers zijn gelegen aan de mooie tuin. Het was compleet bestraat en geen groen te zien. Daarnaast was de kamer te bereiken met een trap. Dat bleek een hele stijle en bij regen uiterst gladde trap te zijn. Onderaan de trap stonden altijd waskarretjes van de wasserij. Die moest je eerst zelf verplaatsen om er door te kunnen. Tenslotte kraakten de bedden dramatisch als je een vinger verschoof en het kussen en dekbed zaten onder de vlekken.

Ontbijt was prima en personeel heel vriendelijk.
Cons:

De kamer was voor ons drieën erg klein en de prijs veel te hoog voor deze ruimte en niet al te goed en klein bed. Het was ook erg gehorig dus hebben niet z’n goede nachtrust gehad.
