We were received very early in the morning as our flight was in the early hours. Since we had paid the night before, they were kind enough to give us a little extra time to sleep in and check out late. They were very kind and resolved our issue quickly. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

It's very close to the center; you can walk to restaurants and a beautiful bazaar.

Better than what I expected from the price.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great only seven minutes walk from Sultanahmet tram station. Also, the staff was fantastic. They were very helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were very small, but this didn’t matter to us since we were on the hotel only at night to sleep.

Pros:

La ubicación excepcional muy céntrica. La cama estaba muy bien y el hotel muy limpio.

Cons:

El baño estaba bastante roto y hacía mucho frío. En general las instalaciones necesitan reparación.

Pros:

The men who work there are so nice and helpful. The location is perfect, 5 mins walk from blue mosque. They came everyday and cleaned a bit our room and also restocked the body lotion and the shampoo. Compared to the price is really perfect :) we recommend this accommodation

Cons:

The room is a bit small so if you stay a lot in the house it might be uncomfortable. We literally just slept there because we woke up everyday early and arrived late, so it was not uncomfortable for us. :) the bathroom needs a little upgrade that’s all :)

Great value, good location, and clean, but with a bit of admin
Pros:

Location was good, if you're looking for an area to stay for your first time in Istanbul, or want to focus on the old side of the city, this is great value for the area. Also, the room was very clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

I accidentally booked an extra day for my stay, and when I tried to let the property know I wanted to amend this (purely to possibly free up some vacancy to let another person stay that extra night), it took a massive amount of effort to work with them to remove the extra day from my booking. The main reason being, apparently, only the owner/manager has permission to communicate with booking.com. If the property is reading this, please allow open communication between your employees and booking.com to help resolve issues in the future :) Also, not having a reliable system to allow guests to self-check in could be improved (right now, an employee has to take a 5 minute walk from a neighbouring location, no matter the arrival time, and let you into the building).

Ubicación, estado de la habitación, las camas, el baño. Destacó adicional que siempre hubo buena atención y aclaración a dudas del alojamiento. Lo recomiendo, calidad precio.
