Good reception, disappointing departure.
Pros:

Up to par.

Cons:

Rigid protocol.
No flexibility in agreements or possibilities.
As soon as I left there was apparently not much room for courtesy towards my partner. Very disappointing.

EVERYTHING.
Comfortable beds, very great interior, a great place to stay- we were able to explore the quiet neighborhood as they offer free bikes! <3

Also the staff were really helpful, from picking us up to making sure that we are having a comfortable stay. Best hotel if you want to rest before your flight as it is a 10min drive to the airport. <3

Quietly and kindly
Pros:

The hotel offered convenient free parking, and our tatami room was clean and very comfortable. The garden breakfast created a wonderfully calm and peaceful morning. If you’re flying through Kansai Airport, this is a perfect quiet place to relax after your flight. Would gladly stay again.

Pros:

I needed to stay near the airport for the flight next day, so it was convenient (although you should arrange with the hotel for a shuttle if you don't have a car since there is no direct nearby public transportation around the hotel). I was given an entirely separate cabin / hut, which was great for quietness. The cabin is very modern, and comes with TV, WIFI, a fridge, and the bathroom / shower. The entire hotel premise is set up like a Japanese garden, and it was lovely. The place seems to cater to a lot of Chinese tour groups.

食料を買い込んで安くホカンスとして宿泊したいならとても良いかも

Convenient good value stop for the airport
Pros:

Great convenient stop for the airport. Helpful friendly staff. Offered us a shuttle service but we didn’t need it as we had a car. Quiet, nice garden. Lovely big room, (deluxe triple) and very comfortable beds

Pros:

ホテルはかなりきれいで、庭園の景色もかなり良いです。レストランで朝食を食べるなら景色を楽しむのも良い選択です。残念ながら、温泉はないで、温泉があればいいと思う

コンビニがちょっと遠いので、売っているものがもう少しあればいいのに
