Dan was excellent. Answered messages straight away nothing, was too much trouble. If we had a problem, it was sorted with no bother. The studio was an art deco dream. Juliet balcony, which was very pretty. Even with the windows opened all night, we heard no noise. It was in a good location for us.

Location was amazing for us, no fault of the accommodation but we found the stairs difficult but that's down to us not them!!
The stairs are completely manageable for fit people unfortunately for us they were a bit steep!!
Would I return definitely as the location was wonderful for what we wanted but would be interested to know whether they have ground floor accommodation which would make it so much easier for us.
I loved how he contacted me to remind me that I hadn't bought a parking pass on one of the days we were there. This was because we weren't actually part at the times but it was nice to know they were trying to look after us.
As I have said above the stairs but that is down to us and our disabilities rather than the property.
Ideal location, bay windows add a lovely flow to the room and perfect in summer to enjoy a morning coffee with the doors open !

The property was very clean. Well-equipped. The host was very helpful. Access was easy. TV with channels. Good location for restaurants and pubs
The bed and mattress were very old and uncomfortable. Due to the traffic and pubs around, the night was very noisy. The shower's handle was broken. Air conditioner under extra payment.
Apartment with nice art deco furniture, comfortable bed. It was a well located apartment building and we had a lovely stay.
There was some noise in the middle of the night. Some people (other guests I presume?) was walking and talking through the corridors and someone tried to open my door. Luckily my lock was closed but anyway I felt a bit unsecure for a moment until the people was gone. However, nothing to do with the property. Otherwise than this unfortunate incident the stay was great and the appartment was cosy and nice.

A well appointed studio apartment in a "vibrant" location from which to explore and discover the real Southsea and Portsmouth.
There's nothing not to like. The only glitch for me was an initial minor issue with the hob/oven/microwave which was resolved.
