The apartment is ideal for a visit to Southsea.
Perfect location for Albert Road nightlife and excellent places to eat.
The room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable.
Bathroom/wet room clean and well maintained.
That the main front door was constantly unlocked.

A well appointed studio apartment in a "vibrant" location from which to explore and discover the real Southsea and Portsmouth.
There's nothing not to like. The only glitch for me was an initial minor issue with the hob/oven/microwave which was resolved.

The location is quite central and very convenient in terms of transportation. There are plenty of bars, cafés, and markets nearby, and Albert Road—the main street—is an easy 10–15 minute walk. The room was generally well-equipped and comfortable. Having cooking facilities, a balcony, a mini fridge, and a dryer was excellent and made the stay much more enjoyable.
On the downside, the bed was slightly uneven in the middle, which affected comfort a bit. The carpet was reasonably clean, but it’s not the most practical surface to use. I also expected to find slippers in the room, but I was informed that this is not part of their standard service.

When booking, we had the option to select a mid-stay clean for £0. Once we arrived, we were expecting and hoping for the cleaner to come in and tidy up. However, no one came, so we contacted the staff, who informed us that it would incur an additional charge of £40.
Our main needs during our 5-day stay were simply new towels and some toilet paper. It would have been much better if we had been informed of the £40 charge for the mid-stay clean beforehand, rather than after the fact. With only a day and a half remaining, the last-minute charge felt unnecessary and not worth it. We ended up having to use kitchen roll to dry ourselves after showers, which was quite ridiculous. It would be common sense to provide us with new fresh towels for a 5 day stay. Our towels were soaked by the second day there and we had no where to leave them for them to dry.
Having a £0 mid-stay clean option that then requires an extra payment without clear communication isn’t ideal. Aside from this issue, everything else was fine.
Was very clean and felt comfortable here, there were also complementary biscuits to go with a hot drink if you wanted
There weren’t enough towels for me and my partner to both shower and the two towels provided were not normal sized towels they were very small
Location was brilliant. Apartment was lovely. Details to get in were clear and concise and in a timely fashion.
Kettle was travel size so could only make two hot drinks at a time and had to do the third separately.
Clean, easy to find and get in, attentive owners thru the app. Good location to get to multiple places, but also good pubs, night life and shops near by :)

Location was great, access to the property was great. Communication with the hosts was very good, all queries and questions dealt with promptly and problems resolved quickly. The appartment was perfect for two people......but not three.
We booked for three adults but the sofachair/bed was not suitable or comfortable for an adult. Possibly suitable for a child. Host acknowledged the mistake and quickly provided additional bedding for comfort
