Wonderful
Pros:

The hotel is located on the riverside of the town, and you can enjoy the view by opening the window. The hotel management's responses were very timely and helpful

Según lo descrito, sin sorpresas. Tuvo el detalle de dejarnos aparcar delante del hotel ya que llegamos a las 10 y en cangas de Onís no había donde aparcar.

Imposible aparcar
Cons:

Al final del día no me quedé en este hotel porque pasamos casi 2 horas buscando un espacio para aparcar el coche y fue imposible. Veníamos tan cansados del viaje en la noche y no hubo ningún lugar libre así que nos tocó ir a otro hotel con parking privado, ya que a esa hora no había nadie en recepción. Muy mal!, lastimosamente la primera vez que me pasa en un hotel en España.
La respuesta del personal cuando pregunté sobre donde aparcar al realizar el check-in fue: puedes aparcar en la calle es fácil encontrar, pero menos en los dos espacios frente al hotel porque es para descarga. Y como dije nunca encontramos nada vacío, es imposible!.
Cuando hice el check-out, (solo a devolver las llaves de una habitación que ni usamos) la chica de recepción solo dijo: ya lo siento…. Qué clase de atención es esa??
Muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo.
