Horrible experience
Pros:

There are no proper facilities. The bathrooms didn't even have handwash. There was no toothbrush, soap, or anything. The bedsheets had very visible dirt on it, the mats on the floor looked filthy and clearly had not been washed in ages. The facilities were already so lacking, and on top of that they charged for the water bottles. Do not book this hotel.

Pros:

Location approach road needs more sign boards to avoid missing the turn to the Hotel road. Bottled water was readily made available each day. Breakfast availability at 7:30 am would help customers an early start to their day.
Swapnil Vaidya Properties OYO Home Pune is really good. Akash Chavan Manager Vardhman House II was friendly and helpful since the time of booking till our stay at Hotel. The room boy Dharamaraj was also quite supportive and helpful. It was more like a flat hence more rooms but furniture needs to be spread across rooms and curtains needed in other rooms to take advantage of additional space provided than normally expected.

Pros:

There was nothing to like about it.

Cons:

Practically everything. The rooms are just 100 sqft in size. The curtains from the window above your bed headboard are always flapping over your head. Between the wall and bed there is barely 15inch of space.
The house keeping staff is so shabby and unkempt.
During check out time the receptionist is fast asleep in a shed behind.
Despite asking for the room to be cleaned, when you return it is not done.
The bathroom is never dry there is always water accumulating as the the flush and basin taps are constantly leaking.
The best part was when the compressor of the a/c cut off on reaching the desired temp, the blower also would shut down making the room so uncomfortable and stuffy.

IT IS GOOD IF YOU ARE ON A SHOE STRING BUDGET AND YOU JUST NEED SOME PLACE TO PUT UP.
