A good concept but you can’t expect guests to battle to get entry codes because you’re too cheap to get a receptionist.
Pros:

Location convenient, but maintenance of a few items not attended to eg toilet brush pulling off wall and bedside light not working.

Cons:

No greetings, just battled to get door code and was even threatened by email that they would cancel the already paid for booking if they didn’t get scans of the passport! Very substandard way of “receiving “ guests; they said they didn’t have a concierge.

Pros:

Di avere un appartamento grandissimo con servizi come in un hotel. Molto tranquillo e vicino alla stazione e ampia libertà di movimento come a casa propria, si entra e si esce con password.

Pros:

Struttura a due passi dalla stazione. Facile self check-in nel caso si arrivi in tarda serata. Pulizia impeccabile. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Assolutamente consigliato

Tinha muita poeira nas coberta e lençóis do quarto, isso provoca nariz entupido, aconselho aspirar o quarto antes.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage in 2 Minuten Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof. Sauber. Unkompliziertes Self Check in.

Cons:

Schade, dass hier ( wie leider in etlichen BnB‘s) beim einrichten auf die Qualität der verwendeten Materialien wenig geachtet wird. Hier z.B. exemplarisch die Badarmaturen, der Waschtisch, u.a.
Was, wenn es noch neu, ist nicht auffällt, zeigt mit zunehmender Nutzung bereits nach kurzer Zeit übermässige Mängel. Das wirkt sich dann leider auch auf die Bewertung aus.

Ótima localização
Pros:

Perfeito para pernoitar. A passos da estação de trem. Confortável. Limpo. Foi tranquilo de entrar mesmo no check in automático.

Cons:

O aquecedor muito quente e automático. Não consegui diminuir a temperatura e acabamos dormindo em um quarto que não estava ligado devido ao calor dentro do primeiro quarto. Mas tirando isso foi perfeito.
