Pros:

Posizione ottima, camera e bagno ampi e ben arredati, ma sarebbe stato utile avvisare che il letto è posto sopra una pedana con due gradini, così come è stato specificato che non c'è ascensore. Per chi si alza di notte, è un po' pericoloso.

Cons:

Lo staff ci ha fornito informazioni molto chiare su come raggiungere la struttura ed entrare in camera, seguendo un protocollo ben consolidato. Ma è mancata la capacità di risposta di fronte a un piccolo imprevisto: in bagno c'era un solo asciugamano (oltre a quelli da bidet, davvero minuscoli), che per due persone è un po' poco. La persona che ha risposto alla nostra lamentela si è gentilmente scusata, ammettendo però che gli asciugamani erano finiti. Trovo inaccettabile questo disservizio, sarebbe bastato poco per evitarlo. Inoltre, da una struttura che si qualifica come bed & breaxfast ci si aspetterebbe un servizio colazione degno di questo nome e non due fette biscottate e due tortine confezionate. E' vero che sul sito di Booking si specifica che la colazione non è disponibile, ma allora perché chiamarlo bed & breakfast? Sarebbe più corretto spiegare chiaramente cosa offre la struttura.

Cons:

Al cliente si chiede e si raccomanda il rispetto e la correttezza per le regole della struttura, dall'altra parte non si fa la stessa cosa: se un servizio (previsto e regolarmente pagato) non funziona (frigo) ci si sarebbe dovuti attivare per risolvere il problema e se non si sa o non si può rimediare, perlomeno ci si scusa del disservizio . Se poi il cliente ti fa un lecita richiesta scritta gli si risponde.

Fantastic place to stay especially for train trips!
Pros:

Great location! Very central, easy walk from train station and close to many restaurants but it’s still quiet and peaceful.

Easy communication with staff on whatsapp and clear instructions for self-check in.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, coffee and light snacks were much appreciated.

Cons:

It wasn’t an issue for us but they do have limited check-in hours so make sure to check your arrival time
