Staff was very responsive and property was clean.
Pros:

There’s a washing machine in the apartment which is very convenient for those who are staying for more than a few days. The staff was very responsive and accommodating even though it was during the New Year’s period.

Cons:

I think the unit is suitable at most for 4 people. I stay with my family of five and the bed was too small for my husband and me.

Good size
Pros:

The hotel Is located in a residential neighborhood, but its not far from the main street and all the shops. The train station is like a 5-7 min away. The room is a good size especially for tokyo, we were two people, had plenty of space to open 4 suitcases. Has a washing machine which is great. The shower itself is very comfortable i liked that it has a seat. there’s heating just for the shower, so that way you can dry your clothes.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom is tiny, and its above the toilet, so its not really functional for anything then washing your hands. We brushed our teeth and got ready in the kitchen sink, but it also wasn’t great, And doesn’t have enough space and just feels uncomfortable honestly , its right at the entrance, above the trash, feels unclean to wash your face that way.

Great location!
Pros:

Great location on a really quiet side street, just a short walk off a bright and busy tourist street. The JR train station is 2min walk away and very convenient to hop onto the Tokyo loop line and take a quick trip to any of the surrounding areas. The neighbourhood felt really safe. So many food options locally. The beds were comfortable, washing machine in the bathroom was great, the host very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Be mindful that there is a step up into the bedroom and into the bathroom. It is not a huge step, but it is uncomfortable if you are short or have leg/back problems, especially if stepping down from the bedroom at night or first thing in the morning - be careful. Kitchenette and sitting space is too small to actually sit and eat a meal together. The dryer function in the bathroom took many many hours to dry our hanging clothes after washing, but there is a coin laundry with dryers just a short stroll away if you're in a rush to dry clothes.

It’s okay but the heating has much to be desired
Pros:

Convenient nice self contained bare minimal small flat and clean. Shower was nice

Cons:

The heating starts and cuts out according to a thermostat. So all night long hot air would blow down onto the bed. Then cut out until it got below a certain temp and then kick in again. I would not stay here again

Shinjuku is a busy hip neighborhood, it was nice to have a peaceful place to rest.
Pros:

This apartment was exactly what I was looking for. It was modern and super clean but awesomely cozy. Really nice to come back to after a day in the streets of Tokyo.
