Great location and great value for money
Pros:

It had everything I needed like a washing machine and microwave. The location was great, the train station was very close by along with convenience stores and restaurants. At night it was quiet and didn’t get disturbed by any noise.

Great location, a cozy apartment good for 2 adults, or 2 adults and a small child.
Pros:

You can’t beat the convenience of the location, it’s 5 mins walking distance to JR station and tons of restaurants near by.

Cons:

No elevator, but still manageable.

Pros:

El apartamento tenía material de limpieza, kits de aseo para todos e incluso una lavadora con un sobrecito de detergente. La ubicación era buena, algo escondido, pero cerca del metro, lo que facilitó llevar las maletas por la calle sin necesidad de pedir un taxi. Las camas eran perfectas, con colchones firmes. Buen descanso.

Cons:

Por situar la reseña, nuestra estancia fue para tres adultos y en abril de 2026. Blossom week.
La habitación era algo pequeña para tres adultos con tres maletas de cabina y una maleta de bodega. La mesa con las sillas para comer era algo muy similar a tratar de resolver un tetris. Fue imposible. Terminé comiendo sentado en la escalera. Si volviese a Tokio y no encontrase otra opción, sin duda repetiría, pero en mi opinión no puedo poner de nota un 9 a este alojamiento, porque si este alojamiento es un 9, ¿qué nota hay que poner a un hotel más grande?

Emplacement et propreté
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal tout à proximité et le lieu est très propre et silencieux ! Nous avons apprécié la machine à laver !

Cons:

Idéalement il aurait été préférable d’envoyer les informations du Check in 48 heures d’avance puisqu’il faut calculer les 16 heures de vol et 13 heures de décalage dans notre cas !
Bien que ce fut parfait, il serait agréable d’avoir des oreillers supplémentaires

нереально близко к станции shin-okubo, на главной улице очень много магазинов/кафешек/комбини, в общем жизнь кипит. но как только сворачиваешь на улочку, где расположен дом - там тишина) приятный парадокс
практически уникальный вариант:апартаменты с двумя раздельными спальнями и ваннами и общей гостиной - идеально если путешествуете вчетвером. в квартире три кондиционера - замерзнуть или зажариться невозможно, очень легко достигнуть комфортной температуры. очень классно придумана сушилка для белья: все помещение ванной - одна большая сушилка с горячим воздухом, вещи не запрели после стирки и за ночь просохли)

Cons:

из окон в спальной очень хорошо слышно улицу, и в ночь с субботы на воскресенье нас разбудила случайно заблудшая в райончик шумная компашка

Great location, great facilities, would recommend for a great stay in Tokyo!
Pros:

BMJ is in a great location, just off the hustle and bustle of the Main Street so nice and quiet to sleep, but perfectly located! Really close to the station and it was so easy to get around everywhere! There was so much to explore in the local neighbourhood too, really a great spot to stay to explore Tokyo! The apartment itself had great facilities and was a generous size. Very comfortably fit my partner and I with space for our big bags.

Cons:

It would be tricky with 3 people. We used the single bed to store our luggage, and without that space you’d be a tight squeeze. It’s really perfect for 2 people to feel comfortable!
