Very easy to book. Excellent choice of hotel

Was ok and I mean ok
Pros:

Nothing really was just a small tiny room with a bed and tv in it

Cons:

It was too small the price was to expensive for what it was noisy at the front from drinkers as I had the front room

Exelent bang for the buck
Pros:

I didn't eat breakfast, so I do not know about that, but I did have a couple of meals at the pub during the week, and they were both as expected, with nothing to complain about.
Rooms and facilities were better than expected for the price, and the bed was really comfortable. I can't expect more than that, I think.
For me the location was optimal, but that is just personal. Easy access to Brighton from the bus stop 3 minutes away. The X(press) lines stop there. Fast food and a corner shop next door.

Cons:

Descale the shower head, guys. Water is unnecessary spraying everywhere when you are waiting for the shower to get warm.

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Tea and coffee. Separate from the pub so relatively quiet. Attending a family event on Coldean so ideal location. Not much else in the area though.

Cons:

Street noise occasionally. No standard TV services. Some weird Roku thing with American channels.

It’s passable to stay in for 1-2 nights.
Pros:

I chose booking it as it’s conveniently close to AMEX stadium where I need to work for couple of days.

Cons:

I booked a standard double room but it looks like a single room so it was a bit pricey for the room size. No table. No closet as advertised on booking.com. Didn’t bother to complain as I was tired from work for 12 hours. No 24/7 reception which to be fair was mentioned on the advert
