Cons:

Our stay was confirmed two months in advance, but on arrival we were refused accommodation because they said they do not accept foreign guests, despite having reviews from foreigners.

This was very stressful, especially as my daughter was unwell, and it took us four hours to find another place.

We do appreciate that the staff allowed us to sit in reception and offered tea and food while we arranged alternatives.
