Downgrade room, no compensation, nosy staff
Pros:

While one of the female staff members was kind, the overall experience was not handled professionally.

Cons:

Disappointing, mainly due to the room downgrade and lack of proper handling.
We were given a downgraded room that did not match what we had booked. We noticed this immediately and even showed photos from Booking to compare, but were told the correct rooms were fully booked. No compensation was offered, yet we still had to pay the full price, which felt very unfair.
Another uncomfortable situation was when we said that my travelpartner and I were leaving at different times. We were asked many personal questions about this, which felt unnecessary and like an invasion of our privacy.

The room itself was not comfortable, and the bed was poor quality and looked childish.
Overall, not a place we would recommend!

Pros:

Très bel emplacement à 5 mn de la rue commerçante, chambres simples mais confortables, piscine et environnement très agréables.

Cons:

Un peu compliqué de savoir à quel moment manger ou boire un coup le personnel n’étant pas toujours sur place mais tout le monde est adorable.

An oasis of calm away from the busy centre

Pros:

Goede locatie om na je aankomst even bij te komen! Dicht bij het centrum van negombo en het strand, maar in de villa alle rust. Personeel heel vriendelijk en regelt alles voor je wat je wil. Lekkerste chicken kottu gegeten hier!

Cons:

Als ik dan iets moet opgeven is het de douche, hier zat weinig waterdruk op.

Einfache Unterkunft, Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Pros:

Nette Host. Wahren sehr bemüht uns zu helfen, als wir gesundheitliche Probleme hatten.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und dunkel, die AC in der Nacht zu laut und kalt. Insgesamt eine kleine Anlage

Pros:

Voor een nachtje vond ik het prima.

Cons:

Vergeleken met andere verblijven in dezelfde prijs categorie vond ik deze duidelijk minder. Het muskietennet om het bed is fijn maar wel klein en niet geheel praktisch zo. Het oogt vrij oud allemaal.
