L’hôtel est très bien situé : il est très proche d'un parking public, et permet d’accéder facilement au centre historique. La personne de la réception était très agréable, très serviable et nous a bien aidé pour le parking. Bien que l'hôtel soit située sur une rue touristique, notre chambre était très calme. Elle était très propre, équipée d'un grand lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent

Pros:

La cordialità dello staff, la loro serenità nonostante lo stress dell folla. La colazione perfetta per ogni esigenza. La vicinanza al mio luogo del cuore, la basilica superiore ed il bosco di San Francesco.

Excelente ubicación cerca de las Iglesias. Atención muy amable. Habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias, con todo lo necesario. Desayuno muy bueno.

Location!
Pros:

Perfect location to the Basilica of St Francis and everything in town. Comfortable room. Great breakfast with lots of food and drink choices.

Cons:

The fan unit did not turn on. We only wanted to use it while the street was crowded and filled with people and smokers passing by. Once the night died down, we were able to open our door and enjoy the cool night air.
