Location!
Pros:

Perfect location to the Basilica of St Francis and everything in town. Comfortable room. Great breakfast with lots of food and drink choices.

Cons:

The fan unit did not turn on. We only wanted to use it while the street was crowded and filled with people and smokers passing by. Once the night died down, we were able to open our door and enjoy the cool night air.

Ein Traum Aufenthalt , ausgezeichnetes Hotel an bester Lage und sehr freundliches Personal

Das wunderbare Hotel ist an bester Lage in der Allstadt und nur wenige Meter von der Basilika San Francesco entfernt Sehr ideal . Mein Zimmer war sehr schön modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Management und die Leute sind extrem nett, professionell und sehr hilfsbereit. Mir wurde das Portemonnaie mit allen Credit Cards in Florenz gestohlen und die Leitung und speziell auch die Managerin haben mir so sehr geholfen mit all den Umständen, so das ich meinen Aufenthalt angenehm fortfahren konnte, das war exceptional und outstanding mit grossem Dank. Ich kann das Hotel bestens empfehlen und werde wieder Gast in diesem Hotel sein, wenn ich wieder nach Assisi gehe.

Grosse Gastfreundlichkeit, sehr sauber und schöne moderne Zimmer im Historischen Hotel, Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Perfekte Lage.

Hotel Sorella Luna provided us with a homely, comfortable and welcoming experience.
Pros:

The staff in the hotel greeted us in a polite and friendly way and helped with all our queries. Breakfast was excellent and location superb. Attention to detail was done with care and thoughtfulness.

È almeno la quarta volta che soggiorno la posizione è ottima così come il personale e la struttura

Cons:

Il bagno in quanto c'era la tenda senza bidet (fatto notare ma era stanza per portatori di handicap) ed il saliscendi della doccia che non sosteneva lo spruzzo

Pros:

Personale molto disponibile ed accogliente. Buona e varia prima colazione. Posizione eccezionale a 50 mt dalla Basilica. Stanza pulita e comoda. Bagno pulito e confortevole.
Il parcheggio è ha 150 mt dalla struttura. Forniscono uno sconto.

Cons:

La stanza era leggermente rumorosa dalla porta.
