Great location and hotel, very helpful staff
Pros:

This was a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were helpful and friendly when we were there but also beforehand - they helped me organise transfers from the airport and also booking a taxi for the day to do a day trip.

Top, hôtel propre et bien situé
Pros:

L'accueil à l'arrivée était chaleureux, efficace et rapide.
L'hôtel est propre et la chambre aussi. Je n'ai rien vu qui traînait dans les couloirs ou les chambres.
Le déjeuner était suffisant. Les boissons comme le café et le thé sont servis à table. Il y a assez à manger rassurez vous :-).
Situé à à peine 50 mètres de la montée vers la basilique Saint François, l'accès est idéal.

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur. Pour une personne qui a des difficultés à marcher, ça peut devenir compliqué avec les escaliers de se déplacer vers sa chambre ou vers la salle du déjeuner.
