I arrived at the time for my check in to find the place closed and no one was available. Several calls to the number listed were redirected to an hotel.I lost my booking money and had to pay extra transportation cost.

Location was close to JFK.
It was the only available option when I desperately needed accommodation for the night.
It was clean.
No breakfast.
No indoor slippers provided.
Lots of noise outside, through the night.
They insisted that I leave my bags downstairs and only carry one upstairs.

It was a really bad experience. The place did not provide a shuttle service, and we were not allowed to get into the house because I had not checked for two people when booking. I immediately request refund, and just get a cold "NO."
I had to book a place in a hurry at night and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. There was a double booking from the Booking website, and the hosts still found how to help me out. Amazing people and hospitality!
The owner was terrible. No answer on phone provided. No texts. Only communication was through the booking.com app which was not working correctly. I could send messages but I could not see the response. I ended up standing in the rain 1 block away.

I didn't like anything because I didn't say there because I couldn't get in touch with anybody I called over fifteen times left three messages then the voice mail said it was full I text several times no response I called several times before I left for Ireland same thing even text with no response I had to get another place to sleep I'm going to talk to my credit card company to see if I have to pay you should not have places like that on your sight
There was nothing that I like about this booking or property. I chose it for a family member who was stranded during a huge storm and there was little inventory available.
Disclose your check in times in plain sight. Don't allow bookings that are beyond your check in times. Be responsive.
