Der Ort

Cons:

Es steht nichts davon das die Unterkunft auf der 5.Etage war.
Kein Fahrstuhl !
Die Zimmer sind hellhörig.
Das Internet war nicht immer vorhanden.
Die Spüle im Bad ist viel zu klein.
Der Kühlschrank ist direkt neben dem Bett so das ich nachts wach geworden bin wenn er ansprang.
Ich habe dann den Stecker einfach heraus gezogen.

Pension war nicht muß beim Nachbarn übernachten Richtig Lüge und die Zimmer sind nicht gleich keine Aufzug keine Licht in Korridor und so viele Treppen bis 5 Stock muss laufen bitte gehen sie nicht

Other than location, I did not like it.

Cons:

First of all, I had made my reservation almost a month in advance. I requested on the second floor. They gave us a place on the 5th floor. The room was not ready, wifi was very weak, the room was very small, and the bathroom was so small that I could hardly turn around. There was a strange smell of sewage. And the room was not located in the same building, it was in the next building. The stairs were dirty and very dark. The description of the property was not accurate.
On their page, they showed the view across the street, there was no exterior picture of the building.

Such a prime spot, needs some TLC
Pros:

Location, location, location. Situated on the beach, East facing. A beach restaurant across the street on the beach, but a beautiful view from the first floor up. We didn't stay on the ocean side, but at the back, facing the back street. We had no problem with this as we looked down on an alley with a daily market. Dead quiet at night. The market didn't bother us. The room was neat and tidy, and the furniture was comfortable. We were in walking distance from everything. The restaurants, shops, tourist attractions. The room and the bathroom were good size. Working kettle, fridge and aircon.

Cons:

I really want to give this property a great rating, but the following problems arose:
The bed line and towels were sub-standard. A single bed duvet inner in a double bed duvet cover. We had to ask for extra blankets.
No hot water at the bathroom basin
No hot water in the bathroom for two days. (We were told that it was a wider problem in Amasra)
No choice to have our room cleaned. We had to live with a wet, slippery bathroom floor during our stay.
The entrance from the ocean side looks like a dingy alley, cracked tiles and dirty. (they were busy laying underground cables in front of the building, which may have caused the dirt)
Extra restaurant tables stored at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the upper floors.
Two single bed mattresses stored in the passage leading to our room.
A kettle in the room, no cups or glasses.
