Pros:

Дуже сподобалося, рекомендую. Ввічлий та чуйний персонал, завжди готовий допомогти. Є бомбосховище без необхідності проходити через вулицю; є генератор на випадок вимкнення світла. Якщо прийдеться ще зупинитися в Сумах - знову зупинюся в Барін Хаус.

Pros:

Здесь действительно ЧИСТО! Спальня, гостиная, ванная комната - все блестит. Также стоит отметить чистоту постельных и банных принадлежностей, а также удобство матраса и подушек. И, конечно же, приветливость хозяина!

Pros:

Привітний власник, він же адміністратор, красиві затишні номери, окрема увага до чистоти, можливість скористатися кухнею. 10/10.

Cons:

Суб'єктивно - заборона на куріння електронок в приміщенні. Але є зручне обладнане місце при вході в будинок.
