Pros:

Diese Pension Haus hat uns nicht gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr eng für 4 Betten. Die Dusche war auch so eng und der Wasserhahn war Kaputt und auch der Duschvorhang.Das Zimmer war sehr kühl und sehr unangenehm für uns und für unseren beiden Kindern. Die Geräte und die Küche waren dreckig.
Also ich empfehle diese Pension Haus nicht. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht😔😔 und werden nicht mehr dorthin übernachten.

Ģimenes numurs atbilda booking bildēm, tomēr saimniekiem vajadzētu ieguldīt remontā. Tostarp paklājs vizuāli izskatijās netīrs, istabā smirdēja pēc cigaretēm, turklāt pagalmā tieši pie ģimenes numura loga ierīkota atpūtas vieta/ smēķētava. Karstā vasaras vakarā nebija iespējams turēt vaļā istabas logu, jo ārpusē smēķeja. Tāpat smēķetavā citi pansijas viesi skaļi runājās līdz pat vēlai naktij, kas traucēja. Iesaku saimniekiem padomāt par šīm lietām.

Pros:

It’s a nice and pleasant place to stay, like an apartment with roommates. The hosts are friendly, trustworthy, and helpful. I forgot something important in the room, and they messaged me about it and kept it safe for me.

Cons:

The pillows in the room are almost falling apart, and the shower is very small, so it’s not suitable for larger people. If you’re just staying there to sleep and rest, it’s perfectly fine.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung zum guten Preis!
Pros:

Das freundliche und nette Hotel-Personal hat ausführlich über das Selbst-Check-In vorab informiert. Der Check-In Prozess lief einwandfrei.
Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber, es war ruhig (auch, weil sich das Hotel in einer ruhigen Lage befindet). Mit dem Einschlafen war es kein Problem, die Matratze fühlte sich bequem an. Das Frühstück kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da ich nur eine Nacht ohne ihn übernachtet habe.

Ich würde das Hotel, das sich durch einen sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auszeichnet, auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Der Preis war sehr angemessen! Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten leicht verbessert werden.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, weil ich ein Quartier in Lichterfelde gesucht habe! Es war sehr ruhig. Es gab ein großes Badezimmer mit einem Waschbecken mit viel Ablagefläche und einem Fenster.

Cons:

Die Info, dass der Schlüssel zum Zimmer sich in einem Schlüsselsafe befindet, hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst, ebenso den Code zum Schlüsselsafe, besonders da bekannt war, dass ich erst zwischen 21 und 22 Uhr ankomme. Es lag keine WLAN Code im Zimmer, so dass ich das WLAN nicht nutzen konnte.

War schnell verfügbar. Bad sehr sauber.

Cons:

2 kleine Nachtlichter waren einfach zu wenig im Zimmer. Ausstattung spartanisch und abgeranzt. Hat aber den Zweck einer Notübernachtung erfüllt.
