Cons:

Das Zimmer war dreckig, das Babybett war kaputt. Unter den Betten war nicht geputzt. Die Bettwäsche hatte Brandlöcher, der Teppich war voller Flecken.
Es war Stromausfall in Berlin und das Personal hat nicht mal gefragt, ob wir was brauchen. Wir saßen mit kleinem Kind ohne Heizung, oder Licht im Winter in einem dreckigen Zimmer.
