Pros:

The best hospitality experience in Lithuania!!! The accommodation is in an excellent location for anyone who wants to explore Kaunas and see the main attractions. The manager is extremely polite, responds to messages immediately, and provides quick solutions whenever needed.

I highly recommend it!!! The rooms are very convenient, warm, and comfortable. All areas are spotless. I will definitely visit again.

Cons:

Although it is not a disadvantage of the accommodation (as it was not listed among the amenities), there is no elevator for the upper-floor rooms. For me, it was not a problem at all to use the stairs. I simply mention it for someone traveling with a small child or a person with disabilities, so they can choose a ground-floor room.

Other than that, everything was perfect!!!

Puikus personalas ir komfortiška lova, tačiau reikėtų daugiau dėmesio skirti švarai.
Pros:

Labai patiko viešbutis Berman House, personalas buvo labai malonus ir paslaugus, o lova itin patogi, puikiai išsimiegojau.

Cons:

Trūko švaros – buvo matomi pirštų atspaudai ant durų, lovos staliuko ir lempų, kas šiek tiek gadino bendrą įspūdį. Beje, kambarys buvo tvarkomas tik kas trečią dieną...
