Details Degraded Out Stay - Overall Good ✌️
Pros:

It is an excellent location. Quiet neighbourhood in front of a lovely park with nice views! We liked that there were some cups and wine glasses as well as some paper plates. We loved the calmness of the area 😁

The rooms are spacious and each has a closet. There are many air-condition units, working well, making the flat very warm very quickly (we visited in January). The water in the shower was excellent. Shampoo and shower gel provided, but the hair conditioner was in a recipient that appeared broken.

The check-in was made easy and flexible.

The team has provided us with nice recommendations of what to visit in Toledo, where to eat, where to park etc. We loved those details 🤘

Cons:

We were provided with half a toilet paper for 3 people for a stay of 2 nights 😮 That was quite inconvinient. We, of course, had to go out and buy more.

Also, we would appreciate access to basic cleaning materials like broom and mop. In case you break a glass for example, there is no way of picking up any mess you might make.

The floors and some furniture were very dusty and some of the towels and blankets had holes on them.

It would be nice to replace those and mop the appartment before new guests arrive as well as provide enough toiletries, according to number of guests and nights of stay. With these points corrected, we would be glad to come back because of the spacious rooms, great location and reasonable price.

Por el precio no estuvo mal
Pros:

Que está en un sitio tranquilo

Cons:

Está muy difícil de aparcar,tienes que dejarlo en un parking y cargar las maletas hasta llegar al apartamento.
La basura tenía restos del anterior huésped.
Sólo dejaron una cápsula de café y no hay cucharas para el café.
La calefacción es muy flojita para el frío que hace.
La ducha un tanto incómoda porque tiene una tela de plástico que cuando te duchas se te pega al cuerpo.

El lloc on s'ubicava l'habitació i en general les instal.lacions.

Cons:

L'habitació estava en una planta baixa i la finestra donava directament al carrer. Si l'obríem teníem poca intimitat.

Cons:

Cuando reservamos el hotel vimos que tenían habitaciones con una vista al parque, nos dieron una habitación en un bajo, sin vista a ningún lado, el precio que pagamos me pareció excesivo para la habitación que nos dieron, no había estacionamiento cerca, tuvimos que pagar una cochera.
