Pros:

It is a family business. Owners are very kind and helpful. Rooms are in very good condition and clean. The garden is maintained wonderful with trees, plants and flowers.

Cons:

Toilet is a bit small.

Pros:

Замечательный номер! Расположен в очень красивом месте с видом на горы. Терраса выше всяких похвал! Здесь есть и подвесные кресла и гамаки и столики, где можно поесть с видом и на горы.
Номер очень уютный, стильный, красивый, удобный. Здесь есть всё для комфортного проживания.
Расположение - не так близко к достопримечательностям и кафешкам, но для меня фантастический вид компенсировал это с лихвой.

Cons:

Хозяева живут со своей семьёй здесь же, и она бывает довольно шумной. Я люблю тишину и меня это временами напрягало.

Pros:

Очень уютный, зеленый и симпатичный отель! Хозяева очень гостиприимные и заботятся о каждом госте! Если приедем в Боржоми еще раз, то только в этот отель!

المكان جداً جميل و مالكين الفندق متعاونين ساعدونا بقدر المستطاع مثلاً عندما احتجنا تاكسي وفروه لنا شاكرين 💐

لا يوجد شطاف
و قد تواجه مشكال بالمواصلات
ازعاج وقت العصر
في منتصف الليل كلاب تنبح و بما انه لا يوجد تكييف كنا مضرين لفتح النافذه مما زاد الأمر سوءاً

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο, με εξαιρετική διακόσμηση και πολύ όμορφες λεπτομέρειες

Cons:

Ήταν λίγο στενός ο δρόμος για να φτάσεις και οι οδηγίες από το gps δεν ήταν καλές.

Чудесный отель, всегда на связи в любое время и по любым вопросам. Номер полностью соответствует всем фото, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Cons:

Из минусов считаю, что за стоимость этого завтрака можно было бы добавить хотя бы немного овощей, и фруктов (не три ломтика яблока и киви).

Allee war perfekt!!! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, es ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Terrassen sind super schön und der Ausblick ist einfach nur toll! Das Frühstück wurde auf die Terrasse gebracht und war das beste, das wir in Georgien hatten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hin gehen, es ist sehr zu empfehlen:)

Coziest place on our Georgia trip
Pros:

Honestly everything about this accommodation was amazing. We stayed in a 2 floor suite and the view from the bed and the terrace was great. Everything is incredibly cozy, thoughtfully decorated and furnished. We searched for an accommodation to survive a rainy day and found it. They also have a nice garden and shared terraces for sunnier days. The family that runs the place is very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast for 30 GEL is more like a full brunch and all homemade. They also helped us order food in the evening when we were too tired to go to the city. 10/10 experience

Cons:

We thought the hotel is a bit in the outskirts of Borjomi with direct access to hikes which it isn’t. You need to go to the city.

Отличный отель! Двухэтажный номер с потрясающей террасой. Всё продуманно до мелочей, очень красиво. Есть небольшая парковка. Мягкая постель с белоснежным бельем. Но самое главное все таки это вид, можно часами сидеть на террасе с кружкой чая или бокалом вина и любоваться. Можно приобрести завтрак за отдельную плату. Принесли в номер, можно на своей террасе поесть. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель!!!!
