Pros:

We traveled all around Caucasus countries and this hotel was by far the most beautiful cosy and living friendly we visited! The staff were extra friendly, assisting and kind and they were really going out of their way to make us feel as welcome as possible which was already easy as soon as we stepped our foot on the premises.

Really,left us only good impressions and would definitely visit back or recommend to a friend.
View amazing,rooms amazing,terrace with a great view,breakfast marvelous , I can't say enough for this room! Must visit!

Perfect place to stay, relax and enjoy your days in Borjomi
Pros:

We had a very good stay, enjoyed the breakfast very much as it was well prepared and exactly matching our dietary requests which were taken into account by the staff very well.

We liked the garden and would have loved to stay longer, but that will wait for next time.

Супер виды! Очень уютный и классный по территории и видам отель. Разительно отличается от мест вокруг. Вкусные завтраки.

Pros:

Замечательный номер! Расположен в очень красивом месте с видом на горы. Терраса выше всяких похвал! Здесь есть и подвесные кресла и гамаки и столики, где можно поесть с видом и на горы.
Номер очень уютный, стильный, красивый, удобный. Здесь есть всё для комфортного проживания.
Расположение - не так близко к достопримечательностям и кафешкам, но для меня фантастический вид компенсировал это с лихвой.

Cons:

Хозяева живут со своей семьёй здесь же, и она бывает довольно шумной. Я люблю тишину и меня это временами напрягало.

It is a family business. Owners are very kind and helpful. Rooms are in very good condition and clean. The garden is maintained wonderful with trees, plants and flowers.

Pros:

Очень уютный, зеленый и симпатичный отель! Хозяева очень гостиприимные и заботятся о каждом госте! Если приедем в Боржоми еще раз, то только в этот отель!

المكان جداً جميل و مالكين الفندق متعاونين ساعدونا بقدر المستطاع مثلاً عندما احتجنا تاكسي وفروه لنا شاكرين 💐

لا يوجد شطاف
و قد تواجه مشكال بالمواصلات
ازعاج وقت العصر
في منتصف الليل كلاب تنبح و بما انه لا يوجد تكييف كنا مضرين لفتح النافذه مما زاد الأمر سوءاً

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο, με εξαιρετική διακόσμηση και πολύ όμορφες λεπτομέρειες

Cons:

Ήταν λίγο στενός ο δρόμος για να φτάσεις και οι οδηγίες από το gps δεν ήταν καλές.

Чудесный отель, всегда на связи в любое время и по любым вопросам. Номер полностью соответствует всем фото, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Cons:

Из минусов считаю, что за стоимость этого завтрака можно было бы добавить хотя бы немного овощей, и фруктов (не три ломтика яблока и киви).
