Pros:

La habitacion estaba muy limpia, y adaptada para ese día, no sirve para estar varios días. La zona es silenciosa y el descanso es total y absoluto
Me gustó la zona, es "céntrica" para casi todo caminando. Tiene justo al lado el retiro, la Cibeles... Tiene muy buen acceso para el transporte público si lo prefieres

Cons:

La humedad del cuarto de baño, se podía respirar la humedad literalmente, en toda la habitación.
Al entrar la habitación del baño, estaba cerrada, y la humedad estaba acumulada y concentrada en esa habitación. Una vez abierto el baño, se podía notar y palpar la misma.

Las expectativas de 4 estrellas no aplican. Tuve un cuarto sin ventanas, un baño muy pequeño. Las paredes con arreglos sin terminar, un ventilador barato. Una mesa ridículamente pequeña. No hay espacio para poner la maleta. Para mí fue un fraude

Para empezar la puerta es difícil de encontrar y una vez que llegas, como es auto chekin tienes que hacerlo todo tú, abrir las puertas no es nada intuitivo, intentas ponerte en contacto con alguien y es una odisea, dicen que hay un chat 24/7 pero no es así, escribes y tardan en contestar o no lo hacen…

Pros:

La zona, muy bien ubicado. Era todo caminable desde el departamento, y con transporte público cerca. El parque del retiro estaba al lado, el wifi funcionaba bien,y había un minimarket a menos de un minuto.

Cons:

La comunicación era mala, tenían un chatbot que en teoría funcionaba 24/7, pero se demoraba mucho en responder, además de que solo entregaba respuestas genéricas. A pesar de que cumplía, el precio solo corresponde a la ubicación, por que era muy caro para lo que era. Además, la puerta de mi habitación no podía cerrarse con llave.

El departamento es lindo, muy bien ubicado y limpio.

Cons:

Fue difícil encontrar la puerta, el sistema de llave con el celular me resultó un poco incómodo, el departamento es un poco chico, y la zona es un poco ruidosa.
