Not clean and uncomfortable stay!

The location was great, Friendly staff , large room!

Cons:

My bathroom smelt like sewerage as there was water leaking from the toilet into the actual room. Shower was dirty I felt so uncomfortable having a shower. Once we checked in I was gone for the day so only noticed when got back late from dinner and they don’t have a 24hr reception so was too late to get moved to another room. The hotel refuses to compensate me in any way their words were “that doesn’t warrant a refund in any way” I’m quite appalled by their lack of care. I tried to sort this out before I wrote this review but they didn’t care too much so I’ve gone ahead.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

The breakfast is one of the best in Palermo, with plenty of delicious options. The room was comfortable, and the staff were always kind and helpful.

Very nice stay in Palermo
Pros:

Parking very close to the property is paid but very safe. We also found good staff who helped us with the messages before our arrival. This is not a long time ago. Furthermore, the room is very nice, clean and spacious.
