Great location and boutique hotel with sumptuous breakfast.
Pros:

The rom was a nice size and we were able to open two doors onto balconies to let fresh air in. The breakfast spread had lots on offer including various fresh fruit which was appreciated. The staff were very helpful and professional.

Wonderful stay in historic Palermo.
Pros:

It is located in the historical side of town. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

Le sol de la douche qui s'enfonce chambre nécessaire un coup de peinture pas de petit bureau avec chaise dans la chambre mais un bar inutile avec chaise haute. Chambre pas très propre.des cheveux des clients precedents

Le personnel est absolument adorable mais l’endroit était excrément bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit ( 2-3h du matin ) l’accessibilité aux chambres se fait uniquement par les escaliers. Ça ne doit pas être facile pour les réceptionnistes ! Merci à eux

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Viele Restaurants, Cocktailbars und Weinbars können in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß besucht werden. Ebenso die bekannten Märkte, Einkaufsstraßen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nur über ein sehr steiles und enges Treppenhaus zu erreichen. Für uns war es kein Problem da uns die Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht wurden, aber für ältere oder nicht fitte Menschen könnte das unangenehm sein.

Séjours correct, emplacement idéal mais le bruit est très présent

La propre de la chambre pourrait être revue.
Le problème principale est l’isolation, on entend les femmes de ménage, les voisins de chambre, les personnes du restaurants juste en bas et les voisins qui crit de bon matin

Très bien situé dans le centre historique de Palerme. Un personnel charmant et très attentionné. Une très bonne communication avant, pendant et après le séjour. Des chambres aux belles proportions très bien équipées.

Zentral gelegen; sehr schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit sehr freundlichem Staff; sehr gutes Frühstück; tolle Einbindung der Dusche in das Zimmerkonzept durch Glaswände.

sehr lautes Treppenhaus und sehr schlecht gedämmte Zimmertüren; wenig Ablagefläche für Koffer

Palermo erleben mitten in der Altstadt

Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück, tolle Lage gleich beim Markt, sehr nettes Personal vor allem Matteo, viele Restaurants in der Nähe, Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss in der Nähe, zahlbares Parkhaus in der Nähe. Der Standort des Hotels bedeutet Palermo hautnah erleben mit allem drum und dran ... Mamma mia.

Cons:

Mit dem Auto in Palermo zu fahren braucht gute Nerven. Man muss einfach Gas geben und in die Lücke fahren. Wenig glutenfreie Produkte beim Frühstück. Der Hauseingang im Hotel ist sehr ringhörig. Die meisten Gäste sind leider heutzutage etwas rücksichtlos und knallen die Türe zu oder telefonieren sehr laut im Hausgang. Sie glauben sie seien alleine auf dieser Welt.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, man kommt fußläufig überall gut hin. Unserer Zimmer war total sauber, es wurde täglich gereinigt & man bekommt auch täglich wieder frische Handtücher.
Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen! ☺️

The location was perfect, in the middle of the center. Overall was the room good, but a little bit small. The toiletries in the bathroom were from rituals, that was quiet nice.
