We had a wonderful stay at this small hotel, located in a very distinctive spot in the historic center of Palermo. The staff is attentive, and everything is within walking distance.

The arrogance of the concierge who tried to sell us a private 2 hours car trip in Palermo for 399 euros and a 4 mns and less than 1km ride with their own driver for 25 euros . We were not told that there would be so many stairs to climb to get to our bedroom, we have back ache and the foam mattress is very cheap and uncomfortable, the breakfast is in a different building with more stairs to climb. We wanted to stay an extra bight and were quoted double price for the same room. We found out that our room had not been sold. The shower is in the bedroom with no privacy and it floods everywhere. It s dangerous.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento estaba limpio, era cómodo y estaba muy bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad. Todo fue perfecto y nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la estancia. ¡Sin duda, volveríamos!
