Nous n’avons pas pu rester dans cet endroit qui ne peut pas s’apparenter à un hôtel
Il y a un bureau d’accueil, après avoir fait l’accueil, il faut ressortir et derrière une petite porte un étroit escalier très haut et une chambre avec petite fenêtre après une pièce ? Le tout pas très propre pas de sécurité impossible de sortir si incendie
Nous avons dû chercher un autre hôtel après avoir payé 655€ pour nos trois nuits nous avons retrouvé à nous loger dans un hôtel beaucoup mieux et moins cher dans le centre-ville à quelques centaines de mètres mais meilleur quartier dépense supplémentaire de 500€

We enjoyed our stay and the customer service was excellent.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and many choices.
The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Our A/C was not working so the second day they moved us to another room and gave us the breakfast complimentary.

Cons:

The location a little rustic but authentic!

Great staff, great location, perfect Palermo stay!
Pros:

Staff extremely helpful, beds super-comfortable. Great, central location.

Cons:

We loved the rooms we stayed in both times. Showers had glass walls so you can be seen when showering - no issue for us but wouldn’t suit everyone.

Pros:

het was een groot appartement, met goed werkende airco's en oké bedden. Het was er schoon. We kregen een prosecco op de kamer maar geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Het ontbijt was rijkelijk maar bestond vooral uit veel zoete dingen. Vlees en kaas waren dik afgesneden. Ik had graag een mooi brood gezien.
Tip: neem een lokale gids om je wegwijs te maken.

Cons:

De foto's zagen er top uit, maar in de praktijk viel het tegen. We hadden het appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Nachtlampen waren gammel, in de douche zwarte kit randen, het afzuigsysteem hing uit het plafond. Dunne handdoeken. Het was er gehorig. Het hotel is in een steeg, ik voelde me niet erg op mijn gemak in de omgeving.
