Celkovo som bola spokojná s ubytovaním, personálom a raňajkami.
Pros:

Raňajky a lokalita- dostupnosť centra, železnica( cestovala som vlakom) a mestská doprava.

Cons:

V kúpeľni uterák, slabo splachovanie záchod a nesvietilo dobre svetlo v kúpeľni.

Cons:

Pobytovú taxu, ktorá nemala byť pôvodne účtovaná, sme museli zaplatiť. Problém s parkovaním,... pri ubytovaní som zvyknutá na to, že parkovanie je súčasťou ceny, preto si vyberám služby s parkoviskom.

Velká spokojnosť, profesionalita personálu, strava.
Pros:

Ochota a ústretovosť personálu recepcie. Rýchle uvoĺnenie izby. Pestré a chutné raňajky. Výborná poloha penziónu v centre mesta.

It could be a wonderful hotel, but the owner needs to make some improvements…

The positives are the location and the staff 😉
Firstly, I’d like to thank the girl who was at the reception on the day I checked in. She was very kind and pleasant. Thank you.

Cons:

The hotel needs renovation. It is a very old building and some elements of the furniture need to be replaced.
Breakfast was available, which is good, but there were no hot dishes (not even an omelet), which was a downside.
