Brilliant room for the price. Clean, comfy.

Très calme, grande piscine

Cons:

La chambre est limite insalubre, grosse odeur d’humidité. J’ai retrouvé des poils dans mes draps propres. La salle de bain a été complètement insalubre.
L’hôtel manque clairement d’entretien, j’ai vu des déchets par terre, et c’est moi qui ai passé 10 minutes à nettoyer la piscine pour pouvoir m’y baigner en pleine après-midi

Very relaxing stay!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, it’s quiet and if you want to just stay on site there are lots of places you can chill out! Laundry is also very cheap on site!

I've been travelling through Bali for 4 months and I've never stayed in an establishment like this. The price is clearly higher than the conditions. Starting with the room, the bathroom smells very bad, the air conditioning had drops of water. There are 3 pools, all three are dirty and no one cleans. The gym has no explanation, and literally 2 bikes that make a lot of noise and don't work right, a bench and some weights. Not to mention shared cooking. It's not my condition, the cloths are very dirty, I couldn't even get it, and the sponge is not even talked about. I spoke to the establishment to resolve this situation. They replaced the sponge with a new one, the cloth they changed another not so dirty but terrible anyway. When we arrived they said we had breakfast included, they explained how it was, the next day another employee explained something else to us until I had to call someone responsible to find out what the real breakfast was. That is, clearly that employees do not communicate and do not know the different rules. Renting a motorcycle with them is also unthinkable. They brought us a motorcycle that had no explanation. I ended up choosing to leave there because every day I had to complain about something. Unacceptable for the absurd price you pay

Beautiful gardens and ambience, spacious. A very enjoyable stay!
Pros:

There was a good restaurant on site. I had to rely on taxis as I had no bike. Enjoyed the lovely gardens. I saw others
frolicking in the pool.
